Thanks, in the begining, i didn't like the idea of upload this form, but nobody did this before so, is the only reason. Today think twice before upload something, i mean... i see a lot of people saying that: "i'm the first doing a bruce lee form" bulls#it. In the end of this video there's a response for a move, check it.
Nunca pense que pudiera aprender a manejar los nunchakus, aun no he comenzado pero con este tutorial tan bueno estoy seguro que aprenderé, realmente tienes la experiencia de Bruce Lee manejando los nunchakus. Saludos
For me moving my wrist is a novice move, you lose control, so i keep it that way. if you like move, keep doing, i don´t want to lose my weapon. you say this because looking good
wow.. couple questions, how many bruises did you go through to get to this level of skill? and are you heavy into martial arts or did you just pick up nunchakus?
I´ve lost the count, hehe. I´m practicing martial Arts, Sipalki-do, a korean martial art, and it means "the way of the 18 techniques". I don´t know am i heavy in MA or not, i can´t say that, only the people who see me practicing can talk about. If i tell you i will be pedant, like some people on the tube (keep the low profile). So, thanks for your questions and sorry for the delay. See ya!
It takes a few weeks, practicing all days at least 3 or 4 hours the same basic paterns, to improve speed. next, change and memorizes trajectories, and do with more speed. It needs brain-training (like i hear somewhere) jeje. I gave speed and practiced with different weights for fun and for training. Take your time and enjoy, and you´ll discover a great exercise. Freestyle is the next step.
