Why don't we hear more about people like this in the news? I mean, I was recently in Jordan and loved it... but if you watch the news too much you get the idea that you'll be blown up immediately in some Arab-Israeli scuttle. Surely there are problems in the region, but geez, there are good things going on too. Hopefully Jordan will be a strong part of the future in the Middle East.

Majesty Mr CIA, 60 years of peace talks do not product nothing to the Palestinian people and this fact is well know by all Arabs people, even the donkeys in Wadi Rum knows this story, so all what peace talks product is frustrating Arab people, because all these talks consolidate more rights to Israel to exists and to be protected by you, and still this famous old and not any more credible peace talks… don’t let me laugh.

King Abdullah comes across as rational, pationate, sincere and intelligent. And his consort Queen Rania is someone the Kingdom of Jordan can be proud of as a representative of that nation. I hope the healthy relationship with my country; The United Kingdom, continues with The Kingdom of Jordan. Its a source of optimism for the Middle East.

It is wonderful that Jordan has such a well-spoken, well-informed, and well-educated head of state. I just wish that any of our leaders here in the US understood the issues at play as King Abdullah II. He truly is a visionary.

A very modest man , one of my fav characters :)I'm not a Jordanian nor I'm a bias person but King Abdalla & his family are the best kings & rulers among Arabs. Prince Fisal is a very lovely person as well I met them in WEF 2005 I wish them and Jordan the best.
