How? There's nothing Communist about this episode. If you are thinking of "he is a dictator so he is communist" you are wrong. People nowadays have this misconception that dictatorship means communism, which is not: the is no communist country alive (nor there has ever been), communism is an utopia state that is impossible because of human nature.

If you think China is communist, then read Marx's Das Kapital and then see that China is the opposite of what Marx wanted(same for Cuba and N.Korea)
