  • Love the way they say each other's name when the first scene is about to fade...so golden hollywood diva like lol

  • @GloveGirl Oh yeah. You just want to hide behind something while you keep watching.

  • @ImperialAtlantis LOL. Exactly. The music was a nice addition too.

  • i agree regarding flashbacks tenor5274

  • There were many reports that the 2 of them just did not like each other...how true were they? Who knows? The funny thing is, they're barely in the same shot here...

  • @brinpol I believe that the two never acted together, which is why you never see them together apart from the end of this scene. They hated each other. Something to do with Ronald Reegan who was Jane Wyman's first husband !!

  • The highest rated episode of Falcon Crest ever. Season 2, Episode 12.

  • I think it would have been nice if they had flash backed to a scene when Jason and Jacqueline were at Falcon Crest- would liked to have seen an example of Angela undermining her brother...to see what Jacqueline was referring to in her confrontation with Angela.

  • Jane and Lana's voices sound sorta alike. they were both great actresses. Lana was the most amazing ever made move and actress in MADAME X and IMITATION OF LIFE. Love this contribution!!!

  • Two screen legends toe-to-toe. I think I read a long time ago there was some tension between these two screen legends. Maybe that added to what made Falcon Crest such a great show. R.I.P. Jane Wyman and Lana Turner

  • Is this from season two or three? Season two is available on the warner home archive website!

  • Jacqueline was kinda mean putting down Emma like that! God, these ladies were great in their scenes!!!

  • Blame Lorimar for why its been such a long slow slog to get Knots landing and Falcon Crest on DVD.

  • @JBinOtown

    Actually WB Bought out Lorimar.

  • lol Emma brought such a lovely Twig for her Uncle Jason's grave

  • I am also amazed that Rich Man , Poor Man is also not available on DVD in this country .. Loved that mini series so much .

  • when will they put this show on DVD come on they put on so much crap on DVD , how about some good tv shows like this

  • It was good for the first four seasons, then with the introduction of the Stavros character everything went downhill after that.

  • Also, you can actually feel the tension between Angela and Jacqueline more so than between Crystal and Alexis and or Alexis and Sable. I think it's more than the fact that in real life Jane Wyman and Lana Turner couldn't stand each other, but I'm sure that added to the tension as well.

  • They were also better actors! Although Joan Collins is a great actress, but Linda Evans is horrible. She could hardly speak... she whispered all her lines.

  • @FamilyGuy770 According to a clip from the Phil Donohue show back in 1982. Lana Turner informed the world that there was no feud between her and Ms. Wyman. Whether or not she made the story up to please the audience. I do not know. There were rumors about her and Bob Foxworth not getting along but that could be a bunch of "bull" as Lana Turner would state it too.

  • It was entertaining as hell to watch these two tough old birds going head to head. The thing about Falcon Crest that made it different from Dallas and Dynasty was that there was a rich embedded heritage about the characters. Dallas had the same pride but not as deep, Dynasty really care about that and struggled to keep it's backstory straight for the entire run of the series.

  • Jacqueline was the only character that could upset Angela down to her core....
