I am going to bring this on the mass scale to all of the cities of America it is time we have independence and control over our food as people. The food we have now is next to junk. This can give us the power we need to get off of foreign oil by having hydroponic farms everywhere capable of producing bio fuels.

Nice video, but I just want to say that growing in styrofoams is not very environmentally friendly, since styrofoams are toxic and they take a very long time to biodegrade into the soil...

I've heard coconut fibre will attract a lot of pest and disease in the tropics, can I use this system with another growing medium?

@MsLahdeedah you can use all sorts in hydroponics.. ive used BB pellets before lol

use rockwool, or perlite and vermaculite, or anything that will run/flush water out quite quickly.
