Jesus is both human and God, as much of God as could be put into human form and as much of a human as could hold the Holy Spirit. 100% God and 100% human. So being that Jesus is both God and Human, yes Mary was Jesus' earthly mother, but no, she is not the mother of God in the heavenly sense, only in the earthly sense.
