At one point, he was caught and forced at gun point to tell the regulars what was going on, in which he said that colonial militiamen were waiting for the regulars at Lexington Green. @bluegsp No, it does not. Palin was stating that Revere rang bells on his ride that night. Revere, in his own words, states that he was on a covert mission to get past the British troops to warn Hancock and Adams. So Palin was wrong because Revere would not have been doing anything to alert the Regulars to where he was. This is not a Straw Man argument. Palin was wrong and history and historians confirm this. Give up your pathetic defense of her.

"The rain on the pavement was sweet jazz...", "Her eyes, two blue diamonds, staring back at me...", The snow a white blanket on the ground..." Those are all metaphors. If I say that he was firing like a machine gun in the 3rd inning, that is not a metaphor, that is a simile. If I say that he was throwing rockets in the third inning, that is a metaphor. Palin said that Revere was ringing bells as he rode. No metaphor there. She meant that he was actually ringing bells as he rode his horse. You are too fucking ignorant for words.
