  • Does it hdmi the gamecube?

  • all i need is those gamecube component cables..

  • @cowmilkify Read the video description for link to online stores.

  • I need that for San andreas

  • 日本版Wii?(Japanese Wii?)

  • the psp is like playing a ps3

  • sweet. now i finally found something to use my pc monitor for ps2, gamecube. and maybe a dreamcast. this is something I been looking for. so someday I will get them and play longer. Of course monitor doesnt have sound. but my audigy 2 front panel has the rca red and white plugs so maybe I could use that. I use headphones so no need for speakers.

  • Does this work on a regular 32 HDTV? I cannot connect my old consoles on my HDTV and I think its because I need something like this... would this work?

  • is there anyway i can hook my gamecube to my computer monitor using this?

  • So are u getting 480p?

  • Hey i have a gamecube and it has an s video cable that plugs into my laptop is there a way i can get it to display on my laptop screen cause we might be going for a long car ride and my ds is boring as hell right now

  • hey i have an samsung sync master display, and an device like this. But the display also sasy "wrong mode" becuase the fucking wii singal is just 480p and the monitor wants 1080p! HELP

  • That's quite the amount of systems you got there buddy.

  • Hi Mr dcemureviews

If your reading this comment ignore the email I sent you. It just says the same thing. How you doing? I have "XCM Blaster" and an "XCM Cable". I watched your video on how to conect a "Gamecube" to the "XCM Blaster". But I don't understand how to do this?

As I saw in the video you used a purple cable to conect the "Gamecube" to the "XCM Blaster". Not the "XCM Cable". Is this some kind of special cable you use?

    Could you reply back, thanks.

  • @EllisEndye Read video description. There are links to online stores that sells the product.

  • I’m looking for months over the web to see if I can get any information. Here is my question; I got the Gameboy Player, but I planning to buy the HD component cable for the GameCube, I just need to know if this cable will improve the Gameboy and Advanced games graphics?

  • @Menfis55 This does not make graphics look better. All this does is change signals from Analog (Component) to Digital (HDMI),

  • @dcemureviews would this make the signal clear from the gamecube on a HDtv? the old gamecubes had a digital out so it is cable of a better picture than standered av.

  • @dcemureviews But does it decrease fuzziness and add clarity?

  • this looks amazing, you don't need the extra selector for ps2 to work right?

  • @Tangomoose All you need is component cable.

  • man this is confusing, all right so if i connect my psp to the xcm hdmi blaster to my sony bravia hdtv, will it be displayed in 1080 or 720 & will it fill the whole tv screen?

  • @undeadchronos It does not upscale. So no, it will not display at 1080 but the PSP is capable of outputting at 720. So instead of using component cable to your TV, its component cable to this HDMI Blaster that is connected to your TV via HDMI. As stated in video description, analog signal (component) to digital signal (HDMI)

  • is the XCM selector included to the HDMI Blaster ?

  • @alvincena234 No. Its sold separately

  • @dcemureviews can i purchase it on the links ?

  • @alvincena234 See my video at youtube.com/watch?v=7czOC2_d0qg for links to online stores that carry the XCM Multi-Console Component Cable v3

  • Very Nice, I may consider buying this in the near future.

  • this xcm for PAL >>> ?

  • @vip2oo4 Yes. This works on both NTSC and PAL. It also comes with power adapters.

  • Is this xcm hdmi blaster able to run gamecube pal and games in component??or it works only with jap/usa games e gamacube...

  • @NanayaGoroh2 It should work on PAL games so as long you use a PAL compatible display to play your PAL games/system.

  • I'm wondering, will this device stretch out a 4:3 picture format from the source to 16:9 or will it just show black bars on the upscaled 720p picture?

    Hope this makes sense.

  • @Promo88 This is what I am wondering - especially for XBox Original titles. Anyone care to let us know? :)

  • So I am really interested to know, why were my questions about the product were marked as spam?

  • I dont know why your questions are marked as spam

  • Oh and will the PS2 mode work with PS3 (over component)?

  • This is for analog devices only.

  • I have a few questions before I buy.

    1. Does the HDMI Blaster upscale both 480p to 720p and 480i to 720p or if it is just one of those two (if so which)?

    2. Does it support both standard (4:3) and wide-screen (16:9) if you change the aspect ratio in the console display config?

    3. Is there any video/audio lag created by the blaster? Some reviews say no lag some say there is lag. Is there only lag when going from 480i to 720p and 480p to 720p is lag free?

    Thank you!

  • All of the component signals being sent will output in 720p.

It should support both standard and wide-screen.

Its been awhile since I owned the device but there was no lag.

I am not technical support. If you have a question, contact manufacturer. I do not work for them.

  • @dcemureviews

    Thank you for your reply.

I did try contacting the manufacture.

But I never got a reply back.

Do you no longer own the Blaster because you find a "better" device?

  • Because I review the products and than get rid of them as I have too many products.

  • @dcemureviews

Ah, I see. Do you know if the Blaster, when set to PS2 mode will work when using the PS3 (over component)? And do you recall how the picture looked? Because after all, it is stretching the picture so was it blurry at all? I take it the Blaster has some kind of built in hardware scaler?

  • I did not connect PS3 to this because it already has HDMI. I only tested using devices that are NOT HD. Picture looked fine and was not blurry.

  • @dcemureviews

I ask because PS2 games with 480p support, when played/upscaled on the PS3, are upscaled as 480i and not 480p. My save games on are PS3, so wanted to use for PS3. Hope it works.

  • does it have an optical output on the other end, I want to hook my 2.1 speakers to it not just through hdmi

  • There is no optical output for sound.

  • Wheres the Video (Yellow) Slot?

  • Does it make ps2 HD?

  • It converts signal from analog to HD. It does not make it HD quality.

  • Do u connect the blaster to the hdmi??

  • You connect your non-HDMI devices to the HDMI Blaster and than HDMI cable on back of Blaster to display.

  • OKay tyvm

  • nice

  • i don't get why u use this interface to plug a vga and a dvi instead of pluging them directly to the monitor?

  • those are some long fingernails.

    Nice device though.

  • should have composite on it

  • nah it shouldent.

  • Very nice. I love mutli link lol

  • Nice device.

  • Um.......well guys the truth is if you have a full Hd tv which is 1920x1080p then your tv actually tries to upscale every single things it displays. so if you directly connect a old console to your tv then it will be upscaled already and I personally wouldn't waste my money on this soz man but really cool gadget...

I used to want one of these until I realised that upscaling isn't that good!

  • well theres a few reasons to, some TV's skimp on analog components. Resulting in a low quality analog image, this is usually the case with computer monitors as a price saving measure. I agree though, if your tv has good quality component the internal scalar will do a far better job. On my computer monitor the digital connections are just so much better though.

  • @LinkinParkUnofficial This is what my twin brother says and I recently played Def Jam FFNY on the Xbox Original and it was in widescreen (nope, NOT stretched!) and it looked amazing! Text was a LITTLE (very little) blurry, but the quality just blew me away (plus that game still has its graphical moments - really!). So yeah, I am wondering if these kind of devices - like the XBox HIgh Definition A/V Cables - are worth it?

  • @BestofVideoGames Don't get them unless you're really desperate, you won't get the next gen graphics of today's consoles

  • r u a ladie? and urm ur missin a ps3 lol

  • i know this is pointless unless u are doing it on a HD console and alot of girls dont see the joy of a PS3 amd nor do Xbox360 qears or gay wii people

  • i'm gonna get 1 of these for my old xbox 360 i've got money and money is a burden on me as it is like 300 bucks for rent 500 bucks for car insurence i'd rather spend my money on something that will inprove my life and give me joy

  • quality still crap

  • were i can buy one

  • Link to purchase is in video description. Click on MORE INFO for links to online stores that sells it.

  • do you know if they make a hdmi to compent converter?

if so please refer one to me, i would like to utilize my older 42" tv to be used

  • if u get an answer pls tell me lol.. same problem

  • lol

  • Do you know how to connect my cable box to my pc

  • is the monitor in this video hdcp compatible?

  • How does 480i ps2 games look on the LCD with this device because a lot of them look really nasty on a LCD HDTV.

  • it depends on what cables you get an what kinda tv you get an how you hook them up some games do put out in 480i cause when i got mine the other day i watch a movie in 1080i an when i put a game in it read 720i so diffrent games are in diffrent quility

  • Link to stores and prices is in video description

  • how much did u bought it?
