  • It's like a breath of fresh air to not hear generic motivational language--you are so genuine! Tim I admire and respect every word that escapes your lips and have gained so much from you and your videos. I would love to go to another one of your lectures I hope you come to speak in NJ soon!

  • Tim, you are one wise dude. Such sound thinking and good advice.

  • very useful advice, thanks

  • 6:33 but I quite like adding dates to my green smoothies!.... ok just joking. this vid resonates with me and I'm really getting into your recent vids... probably the best "series" on youtube for me.

  • Weak people may weak choices, strong people just do it...no words needed or even words in your head....you are a living example of non ego.

  • Thank you :)

  • Wise words my friend :) much love from Denmark x

  • I've noticed something Tim.You're becoming happier with each video,glad you're feeling better :)

  • It helped me a great deal. It made me think differently :) Thank you Tim :)

  • Beautifull. :)

  • Such an insightful video, thanks Tim.

I started on my raw journey over a month ago and have been gradually running more each week. I'm committed to following my heart and to continue doing what I enjoy.

I've changed my diet, I'm changing my life, I'm changing the planet...one day at a time :)

  • Very helpful Tim :)

  • Great and helpful video. I'm learning so many things from you, and applying them! Awesome. Thank you Tim.

  • Great thoughts, thx

  • Thank you for sharing Tim. My over-all commitment is to listen to my true self. This has lead me to be accountable and naturally follow through with all the little steps towards better health.

  • thanks tim i need to here this .

  • I woke up with this thought... to me, new year resolves (now new day resolves) are also about letting go of past baggage that hinders movement forward... it acts as a marker of having a clean slate.

  • I do, therefore I am!

  • thanks tim, this is exactly what I talk about when helping people make changes in their lives. Baby steps, small gratification. thanks bud (:

  • Making a video every day is not easy. I did it for a year last year so I'm speaking from experience. You can do it though Tim and all that running you are doing will certainly give you time to think about what your daily video is going to be on. Good video today..

  • "Success is following on a commitment, even when the emotion making that commitment has long faded."

  • The only thing worse than making new years resolutions for yourself is trying to make them for a signicant other ;-)

  • Happy New Day to you too Tim. Today I had an awesome salad with spiralized zuccini and chard torn in small pieces with a blended sauce of sweet navel orange with the white pith still on, ripe frozen mango chunks and herbs. It made me feel good that I was working toward a fitter me and it tasted so good I even danced / exercised while eating it. My little steps are paying off. Thanks for your inspiration Tim

    Kimber :o)

  • You are a great soul man!

  • Tim, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. :)

  • nice tree sots TVO. You know I have a different approach, but it works for me. I always bite off waaay more than I can chew. I normally drop the ball on some aspect. Sometimes I get lucky and do not, but either way that more than I can chew gets me to do more than I ever thought possible.-forcing myself to swim. Otherwise I get lazy on the shore listening to the waves...great vid!

  • @victorbigdipper I like this thought... Sometimes we just have to do what works for us... we are all different and not all strategies work the same for everybody.

  • last year I made a resolution to be lean and bench 225.... mission OBLITERATED.

  • Your awesome bro...seriously

  • while i was running yesterday, i committed to running - thanks tim :)

  • What to do with the acquired Cognitive Dissonance.

  • Great video. Cognitive dissonance is a big one for many folks, and they usually don't even know how to define it or what to do about it when it happens.....

  • Solar flare happened a few days ago... that is why it is extraordinarily HOT especially in places where it would be cold. I love your sharing about New Years Resolutions... perfect. YOU ROCK! Did you get new running shoes? How much do they cost? what kind are you looking for? Lots of love to you Tim. Love your daily videos... they have substance and are profound. Please keep sharing.. LOVE IT! Kisses and hugs from Canada eh?

  • Awesome awesome peptalk!!! :) Have we all struck gold here or what?? Tim, you're like a Sensei (master teacher)...

and we would understand if you don't post a video everyday..

  • Best video ever. Make a commitment while being in action toward that commitment. I really like that. There is no fighting. Yes!! That is the big problem. I say I am commiting without starting. It's backwards. Start and then commit to what I am doing. That is why i feel so inundated with things getting backed up with the shoudas couldas, wouldas. Never heard it put that way. Woohoo!!!

  • @NvrTuLate ps...cute nose!

  • One of your best! Don't talk the talk till u walk the walk. Brilliant!

  • well no hangovers, no movies, and being a good parent are my resolutions. All well within reason

  • yeah it's awesome, it's 80 here in Cali, lol!
