  • Anybody else think that the 700 Club plays in Hell on repeat? lol

  • if harry potter ain't allowed in heaven, i'll meet other potterheads in hell!!

  • Harry potter is not evil. Harry potter is a book about trust, love and friendship, and about how good always triumps over evil. If you want to read a really evil book, read the bible.

  • The Animorphs were also scholastic books. I don't see any children morphing into alligators or kangaroos.

  • bible has story about a bear eating children after isiah invoked it to do it cause they made fun of him being bald. .sounds rather spookie to me

  • you very much underestimate the intelligence of children.

  • I am a Christian, and a definite Potter-Head! I love Harry Potter, I personally don't see how a book series should even be related to religion! If we related everything to religion than we would constantly be insulting someone! If you want to see a cult following, go look at Twilight where fans are actually drinking their own blood...

  • umm it's just a stupid book like lion the witch and the wardrobe.

  • "There's evil, there's death, lack of respect for human life.."

Breaking news bitch, that's life. The book portrays real life in many senses, get over it.

    Also witchcraft isn't real lol.

  • Holy shit, it's a conspiracy. I am getting out my lighter right now and going to burn the whole fucking stack of these evil books down. Down to ashes! Ashes I say!!!

  • Time out: You are saying these supernatural wizards and witches exist. They can do magic, which is not limited to mind control, torture, and death with a few words and a flick of a wand. And you guys are saying all of them are evil, sadistic cultists who want to destroy Christianity (despite openly celebrating it). So that all leads to one question; why in the world are you trying to tick them off?

  • ok this is why noone takes christians seriously

  • Cool I am going to buy me one of those kits and have my very own spell book.

  • Witch craft aint real bitches

  • Worshipping witchcraft is just plain wrong. But worshipping a 2000 year old Jewish Zombie is just fine...

  • Interviewer- what about those pedophile priests who are protected by the Pope?

Ugly British Bitch - oh but, but, but, Harry Potter is so evil and could lead kids into pornography.

I - ok, but what do you think about the real cases of children being sexually abused by catholic priests which were hided by the Pope from the media?

UBB - Harry Potter it's all about teaching Witchcraft to kids!!

I - Do you have an opinion about those priests fcking children?

UBB - Burn the Harry Potter books!!

  • @ZZzzzzzWhat Considering the American who is interviewing her is "no looker" - you're a bit hypocritical calling her "Ugly" - but then Americans like you have a superiority complex, even though your country is no longer even close to greatness that it once was. Apart from that - you make some good points. Retard, though.

  • @nortalus lol, so i'm hypocritical because the interviewer is ugly?

oh i get it, i'm suppose to be ugly because i'm (north) american like the inteviwer because she is ugly, nice logic.

ppsst kid, by the way, i'm not even american. that make you the retard one :)

  • AVRA KEDAVRA!!!!! There all dead now let's get back to watching cute puppies play with there owners

  • i'm sry all i hear is blah blah blah i'm an idiotic slut blah blah blah christianity stuff blah blah blah harry potter is the work of the devil blah blah blah blah blah ! so lady SHUT THE FUCK UP ! that is all

  • @darthvenom305671 You sound demon possessed!!! 0-0

  • @janole3711 how ! how exactly do i sound demon possesed ?! plz elaborate !

  • Christian Bullsh*t! Bloody Prophetic!!!

  • Christians like these are the dumbest, most ignorant pieces of excrement on the planet. The Harry Potter films are great. I watch them with my six year old niece, and she's a completely normal, well adjusted little girl. She's better than normal; she's awesome. We read the books and play the games together, and I treasure those bonding moments with her. It's ironic when Christians call anything else a cult, when their religion is just a cult that's gained widespread social acceptance.

  • @Ryan9145X "There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord. And because of these abominations the Lord your God is driving them out before you." Deuteronomy 18:10-12.

  • @Jossher700 Whoop dee doo! I'm not a Christian, so just because the Bible says something is an abomination, it doesn't mean I have to agree with it. Did you know the Bible also says eating lobster and crab is an abomination? Do you exclude all shellfish from your diet? I hope so, more lobster for me that way. The point is, if shellfish is an "abomination" according to your Bible, then your Bible is a ridiculous piece of fiction from a bygone era. It's an anachronism, leave it be.

  • @Ryan9145X For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He takes the wise in their own craftiness. 1 Corinthians 3:19.

  • @Jossher700 So long as we're quoting the so-called Good Book, how about Deuteronomy 22:28? The one that says if a virgin girl is raped, and she is not married or engaged, then her rapist must pay her father 50 shekels of silver and marry her. They can never get divorced, and the girl has no say in the matter whatsoever. In fact, if she refuses to marry the man who raped her, everyone throws rocks at her until she's DEAD. Wow, Biblical law is so moral! I completely reject your inane dogma.

  • @Ryan9145X The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. 1 Corinthians 2:14.

  • @Jossher700 Again. Whoop dee doo. Quoting the Bible to me is about as meaningful as quoting Hansel and Gretel or Jack and the Bean Stalk. Just because the words sound cool doesn't mean there is an actual God somewhere thinking that my wisdom is foolishness. You haven't proven a damn thing, you just quoted something that was written by a human being centuries ago who had no more proof that God exists than you or I do.

  • @Ryan9145X You mean you never understood Hansel and Gretel and Jack and the Beanstalk? ;)

  • @Jossher700 dude harry potter is noit real

    its fictional

    made up

    you religious nutjobs are paranoid

looks like satanic panic ain';t over yet

  • Caryl Matrisciana...no were near an occult expert, more of another fundamental christian reading on occults with christian eyes, unwilling to understand witchcraft, wicca, and paganism in general as an unbias scholar which one must be (unbais and true research) to be a TRUE expert

  • i love how harry potter is fantasy and magic does not work like that i cant believe their even comparing harry potter to real witchcraft

  • "Evil, death, and lack of respect for human life?" - kinda reminds me of the Crusades... or the inquisition.... or the Salem Witch Trials. Anyone know of an actual death associated with Harry Potter? Didn't think so.

  • @CommitToFocus Why didn't you mention the Muslim Crusades into the Holy Lands which caused the retaliation?

  • @Brucev7 because these aren't Muslims, they're Christians. If they were Muslims, I would have provided different examples.

  • @CommitToFocus Biased

  • I swear there are "experts" on everything, no matter how stupid or ridiculous it is.

  • "lack of respect for human life" ?? um this isn't in harry potter at all. conversely, let's look at the bible. god apparently doesn't seem to mind mass murdering millions of people at once just by having an anger fit. The christian god is beyond malicious and evil.

  • Ah, yes, I remember how I became a witch immediately after reading Harry Potter. But this tragedy was not nearly so great as the time I read InuYasha, after which I went back in time to feudal Japan and promptly got into a fight with my half-brother.

  • I thought wicca was about co-existing and respect with nature and the natural energies what does the bible or christian values promote violence' slavery' moral superiority to the rest of the population because you you believe in mythlogical supreme being also always question authority especially when it goes against your own peaceful moral and ethics. if god exists then he must be flawed because he created man in his own image and the human race has some major flaws in it

  • Evil, death, and lack of respect for human life? Welcome to the world. besides, that's what the BAD guys do. The good guys don't do that. I am a devout pew jumpin' Bible thumpin Christian, but come ON! You might as well call the Bible disturbing! There are exactly the same things in it! The Bible holds them as an example to what you do NOT do. But of course, people want to shoot down Harry Potter for trying to do the same thing? It doesn't support evil. Why the fuss?!?

  • Studying arcane history and history in general is SO awful! Damn J.K. Rowling for her PROFANE studies. How DARE she learn about mythology, folklore, ancient practices, rituals, spells, etc. and create stories with cohesive content!

  • i hope she dies

  • yea, like a kid can tap into a pagan website just by reading harry potter :P

  • I remember when it was He-Man and the Masters of the Univers and Smurfs with these clowns .

  • And why is she calling a pentacle and pentagram a pentagram is turned a little so that it looks like bull horns. a pentacle is wiccan and is a regular star with a cirlce that reminds of a person standing

  • What in the heck? how is it wrong to concentrate if you want something?

  • o no she drew from history and religion ro create a story. O NO

  • is that why Jk Rowling is a born again christian?

  • Erg. I can't speak for other people getting into witchcraft, but I became a Wiccan because I liked the idea of connecting to the Earth, a visible entity, more than solely relying on an invisible Mary Sue.

  • Based upon the sales of Harry Potter I would think Witchcraft would be the most predominant religion but it's not. I wonder why?

  • It's pretty sad that, while they are talking about the "pagan" imagery in harry potter... they have pagan imagery right behind them. My grandpa always said, when you point your finger at someone else you have three fingers pointing back at yourself. Be careful eh?

  • I can't believe they can tear down Harry Potter but then say Lord of the Rings and The Chronicles of Narnia are A-Okay!? How does that make logical sense?

  • lack of respect for human life? seriously!??? These books value life so greatly! they are about how every life is valuable. and harry's parents actually give their lives for him. isn't that exactly what Jesus did for Christians!?

  • Satan is very tricky. Don't be deceived!

  • You want fear and death, read revelations or Sodom and Gomorrah or - JEESH most of the bible. These people are pinheads spewing superstitious caveman bunk. They are an insult to modern man.

  • Do these people always have to take something fun and twist it to scare people. Thankfully many christians i know see it as the harmless fun it is. Its all about fear and death with the 700 club.

  • HA! You make me laugh! Stop wasting your time trying to ruin a amazing and heartfelt story!!!

  • Have anyone noticed that in the beginning the politicians salute looks kind of like the nazi salute.

  • I don't think what she is saying is that Harry Potter is an accurate portrayal of what modern day witchcraft is. What she is trying to explain is through Hollywood glamorizing witchcraft children can easily be lead astray. For anyone who has ever watched an Illuminati documentary of any kind, you will see a reoccurring theme expressed in what she has said here. Monitor what your children are doing.

  • "...the violent tones in here, there's evil, there's death, there's lack of respect for human life, and there's the occult..." I wonder if she also has a problem with the bible since these themes are also found in there? The best protection for a child is a good foundation... not a boycott of everything that a parent considers "evil".

  • Comment removed

  • YOU PEOPLE NEED TO GET LAID

  • She's an expert on the occult, and she thinks Harry Potter teaches accurate magick? LOL. Don't make me laugh. Then, she first complains of the gov't using "our tax dollars" to teach this "religion" in schools, then pines that Christian morals are no longer being taught in schools? LOL #2. Harry Potter has nothing to do with real magick... take it from a pagan. What a bunch of idiots.

  • Its FANTASY!!!! RELAX!!!!

  • What a fucking nutjob. Some people think Elvis is still alive

  • CRUCIO, BITCH!!!!!!

  • I think that the Harry Potter books very much support Christianity just read between the lines. :/

  • @xaraowlx1 They'd actually have to think for themselves dear, and they have pretty much proven they are not capable of that.

  • @xaraowlx1 especially the last one!

  • When was this show?

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!! You can't do anything else but laugh when you watch this video! Rowling took inspiration from real sources, tell me an aurthur who doesn't? Now, HP never mention gods or goddesses, the power is in a wand and they never mention the secredness of nature. Witchcraft has many definitions, some say it's a religion others a practice. Ask 10 witches and you'll get 11 different answers. I don't think there is any reason for parents to worry about the Harry Potter series.

  • Furthermore, I think there's a few more problems in the world than "witchcraft"...if that even is a problem...

  • Cutting people (in this case, the children of these "Christians") from information, knowledge, books, etc., often creates rebellion. And they wonder why they're having problems getting the youth into churches?? Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it...

  • "...the violent tones in here. There's evil. There's death. There's lack of respect for human life. And there's the occult." She got it. Sounds like the bible to me.

  • I don't think witchcraft is evil (actually, I find religions like Wicca to be very empowering), I think Harry Potter is totally harmless, but the one thing I don't understand is why kids weren't reading before Harry Potter. I've been an avid reader since I was a very little girl; I can't fathom a kid not wanting to read.

  • jesus cheat jesus steel jesus lie....so band bible

  • You guys should do a bit more research. JK rowling herself said that the idea for harry potter just came to her when she was on the train. Lady gagas born this way was also channeled to her by Mcqueen, a course in marricles was also channeled. Of course harry potter is fanatasy but tell that to a 4 or 5 year old

  • mommy dat ladiez siwwy everwybody know hawwy potter not weal

  • i wonder if all the people who think hp is ok have any knowledge of what they are talking about, have they done any research?? because the Christians have done their research the answer come from the #1 selling book of all times, the bible, shouldn't you try reading the bible 1st and then you would be able to take a conclusion by knowing both sides of the story. in the bible you will find life principles, moral guide, and a testimony of a god that loves you a lot, that sacrificed himself 4 u.

  • i wonder if all the people who think hp is ok have any knowledge of what they are talking about, have they done any research?? because the Christians have done their research the answer come from the #1 selling book of all times, the bible, shouldn't you try reading the bible 1st and then you would be able to take a conclusion by knwing both sides of the story. in the bible you will find life principles, moral guide, and a testimony of a god that loves you a lot, that sacrificed himself 4 u.

  • the bible clearly says not to participate in these occult things, so if you don't believe, check it yourself, read the bible, & you will see god saying not me, pray & ask god to reveal the truth to you if harryp stuff are evil/ disguised in fiction tale or not, not if you keep reading this stuff & it is a door to evil, i pray god have mercy on your soul, god love you so much he gave he only son as a sacrifice to die on the cross, be tortured, because he loves you, accept his love or reject it.

  • many of the things in the HP books/movies are actual witchcraft rituals & spells. witchcraft promotes communicating with the dead which are really demons, self indulgence, & lust 4 power. the teachings, practices, symbols & tools of witchcraft & satanism are pretty much one & the same, very little variation. these things open doors for demonic influences to enter your life. Please people educate yourself about the truth of these facts don't let the devil blind you, harryp is pure evil, research

  • Hows the staying at home and preying for Jobs going Christian America.

  • Christianity is not god it is the world's most terrible and blasphemous religion.

  • Christian filth should shut up and fuck off.

  • you know what I've talked to the Dark Lord Satan myself and he's denied any connections with the Harry Potter books. (jks)

  • Evil, death, lack of respect of human life? Sounds like the 'greatest story ever told'........

  • This is all a load of crap. I am a Christian, and I LOVE Harry Potter. I've seen all the movies, read all the books, I am not part of any Wicca society. It's just a book. A book, in fact, that teaches some very good and useful life lessons. Read the book before you attack it for no good reason.

  • MOST of us say its not real but there are those who think it is real (Which it is) And they go and really search these things up. Be open minded people

  • Harry Potter is not a religion. There is no wicca or satanism in the series or the movies. It's a fantasy story. This made me so mad!

  • This is ridiculous. Harry Potter is full of Christian teachings!

  • This woman is retarded and her head is shaped like a gourd.

  • I watch "The 700 Club" for the comedy. Same thing goes for CNN and Fox News.

  • Comment removed

  • Ugh, If it's not what you want your kids to read then don't let them read it. Jeez. It has nothing to do with real witchcraft, it's not the same. Grow up and move on. J.K. Rowling is a CHRISTIAN!!!! The Book is FICTION people, damn

  • If Harry Potter is more convincing than your Bible then you need to

    re-think your religion. ;P

  • There are many reasons Harry Potter has such mass appeal. The Bible also has mass appeal. Mass appeal alone doesn't make something right or wrong. Personally, I've never had a Harry Potter fan come up and tell me I was going to hell for not reading their books or believing in magic. I've never seen Harry Potter fans protesting churches or rock concerts or abortions clinics or killing people for their cause. Why do "Christians" insist on doing the opposite of what Christ taught them?

  • Children cheat. Children lie. Children steal. Teachers steal. It's only human. Where as Harry, lives in a fictional world (of magic) and by breaking the rules saves the world, so teachers award him/don't punish him.

  • What a dumb bitch.

  • WHY can't we burn them at the stake or tie them to a board and drown them??

Don't we burn witches any more. O come on. That's not Christian, O wait, yes it is, but we can still be Puritans too, and then we can burn witches at the stake. It'll be fun..So get rid of your cats, so you too wont be accursed of witchcraft..I'm just sayin' Have a nice day....hocus pocus and i'm out of here cya

  • well witchcraft was being normalized back when star wars first came out. potter is just another nail in the coffin

  • that you Caryl!!! very interesting indeed

  • If she's a expert on occultism, why does she knows nothing about it and talks about satanistic roots (satanism was never a religion) and that it promotes wiccan faith (I rember nothing in the books about wicca - not the forest gods, not the athame and most certainly the wiccan principle of spells firing back would be quite a problem if you want to cast a forbidden curse from HP. This stuff is the basic information about wicca you get on wikipedia btw) nor any other actual tradition

  • Christians complain about anything that has nothing to do with their religeous views. They would be complaing about Harry Potter if he was practicing Islam.

  • Jesus Christ or Harry Potter? Most will choose Harry Potter. Kingdom of Heaven or Torment in Hell? Most will choose Hell. Just don't blame God when you get there.

  • Most of the kids that read Harry Potter have never even heard the word occult.

  • It's fricken fiction, ITS NOT REAL. So dont make a big deal and enjoy the books, u unimaginative twats

  • dis be some high budget trolling.

  • many of the things you read in the HP books are actual witchcraft rituals & spells. witchcraft promotes communicating with the dead which are really demons, self indulgence, & lust 4 power. the teachings, practices, symbols & tools of wichcraft & satanism are pretty much one & the same, very little variation. these things open doors 4 demonic influences to enter your life. Please people educate yourself about the truth of these things don't b willfully ignorant & think you're being modern & wise

  • @TheRealMintyLove hahaha you weak minded fool. "actual witchcraft rituals & spells" oh yeah name one spll that will work in the material world!!! lololol "communicating with the dead which are really demons" i only commo with the fuckking tooth fairy!!!! demonic influences oh god they are going to get me. there is no majc, there is only material

  • i find it amazing how a book that is blatantly promoting the religion of witchcraft/wicca is acceptable in schools, but if you want to teach from the bible that's a crime because you're violating religious freedom???? speaking as someone who has was once involved in occult, my interest was brought on by the tv series charmed and the harry potter series of books - so i know these books are not just fantasy and they do influence children. How blind this world has become...smh

  • @TheRealMintyLove It is just a childrens fantasy book. I HAVE read the books, as have thousands of others and not gotten involved with the occult. You might as well say that LOTR promotes belief in nordic faiths, or that reading the Greek legend of Hercules promotes belief in Greek gods.

  • @TheRealMintyLove

It's nothing new. But people never gripe about Bewitched or Sabrina The Teenage Witch, and they're about the SAME thing, witchcraft.

  • @TheRealMintyLove how did you get a thumb up, let alone multiple thumbs up

  • @TheRealMintyLove

You can teach the Bible as literature if you want. Just don't try to use it in Science class.

  • mythology, witchcraft, druid, are you kidding, this stuff is fantasy. Harry Potter is not an occult book. This is ridiculous. Sitting ducks for what? Witchcraft i don't think so.

  • greenpie891 come on now the witchcraft is100% wrong the bible specifically says not to do witchcraft... I'm jus saying it's not jus a book

  • @EddieCCanegetitin No its a satanistic evil book that teaches kids gybsy magic warfare in order to destroy god. seriously.

  • @Ernststrike95 The bible is an evil book that teaches people to hate others while brainwashing you to think you are doing an invisible entities will. Burn a bible, that's justice.

  • it does not incourge children to pateticapate in witch craft the books are ment for kids who are kinda older like i think the first harry potter is like fifth grade level! and most kids stop coppying what they read in books when they are like six years old! its not going to encourge witch craft its just a book that lots of people love to read gosh you people are over reacting -_-

  • J.K would laugh at this.

  • Witchcraft was a part of Europe long before Christianity - a middle-eastern religion.

  • I have a friends in the occult. Not that scary, kinda rediculous actually

  • Did you notice they never told us what the Bible says?

They never once told us about Deut 18:10-13 that makes these practises abominations before God. I wonder why?

  • @daro2096 they may have never even read the Bible.

  • @gatekeeperoflight

    Probably not.

  • all u people are fucken stupid and i aint talking about the christians.im talking about all the new agers who think they got it all figured out yet all they are is a reflection of that box in ur living room.u do what the box says.beleive aleins are gods, they u are like idiots.talk like this wear this etc and there u are yet all u idiots think u think 4yourselves.icke,blavatsky,crowley read their books i have im christian and i know about it all, come test.

  • I have nothing against God.

    it's his fan club I can't stand.

  • @kitsunefoxfyre That comment is not surprising since Jesus Himself made it clear that those who are not of this world would be hated by those who are of this world (in John 15:18-21). There is certainly more of that now days than ever before.

  • @Jesse859 Here is a newsflash for you. Just because I can't stand how ridiculous some of you act does not suddenly make everything you do " correct." Consider for a moment that perhaps when your catholic predecessors were marching through their path of conquest they felt a little bit of guilt. So in the bible they proclaimed that anyone who hated what you were doing was evil. Your rhetoric does not fool me or anyone with a brain. The fact that you are hated is simply because you are idiots.

  • @kitsunefoxfyre I have a problem with god

  • That passage quoted in the description was used as a means to sanctify the torturous murder of thousands of innocent men, and particularly, women throughout the middle ages. How dare Christians accuse ANYTHING of being evil. They should be on their knees begging for the forgiveness for the many many crimes against humanity. Think of any crime ever, and I can guarantee it has at one stage been permitted (possibly even endorsed) by the church. Rape, murder, genocide, theft, torture, child abuse...

  • I wonder if the parents who believe that Harry Potter is spreading witchcraft, actually let their children watch news programs on TV. Every day we turn on our televisions and see the depths that humanity can sink to whether it be lies, stealing, cheating, murder etc. The matters discussed in HP are very real problems in the word, and they should not be hidden. Watch JK Rowling on Oprah and she very rightly defends her books on the issue of death, morality and spreading witchcraft.

  • christians are funny.

  • this is very true she is speaking the truth all who disagree are just sleeping

  • 260+ people are *not* under this woman's spell. Huzzah!

  • 8:30

... It's a freaking children's toy!!!! Why are they taking it so seriously!

An altar??? you mean a toy box that is suppose to look like an altar.

Seriously this is a full grown woman who thinks there is a conspiracy of witches running our schools... It's one thing to be a conspiracy theorist but its another thing to believe that witches are involved in this.

  • This lady is stupid. Ummm...."Lies, cheats, steals?" Ummm...Isn't human nature? So you want a book with a character who doesn't lie, cheat, or steal? And with the whole kids learning witchcraft, all parents would need to tell kids that it is make believe and the witchcraft practiced in the religion is different from that in the books.

  • @verukohp13 "all parents would need to tell kids that it is make believe and the witchcraft practiced in the religion is different from that in the books."

The witchcraft in Harry Potter is not different than the witchcraft in religions. It's ALL make believe.

  • Take anything the Matriscianas have to say w/a huge grain of salt...Caryl's husband Pat was the man responsible for that largely discredited mid-90s "Clinton Chronicles" video that portrayed our former President as a drug dealer/murderer, so you can understand why I don't take them too seriously.

  • @WhatsAYak

lol I am not surprised. I saw other videos of her and she seems a little crazy, even this video demonstrates how fringe-like her believes are. She actually believes that witchcraft really does exist and is some kind of epidemic. I could just dismiss her as some nut to not take seriously, but we shouldn't. Truth is she has an agenda that limits our free speech and we should be onto her about it.

  • oh i reframe from saying some fucked up hatefull shit .... cus ..... well...... dont wanna get kicked off youtube.

  • Comment removed

  • this is hilarious

  • 700 Club??? Just the baby boomer's excuse for being retarded.

  • Isn't death, lack of respect for human life. Kinda like real life. People die and people dont care that others die. U fail. U mad bro?

  • Oh no, I don't want a kid reading a book made by the richest woman in britan because it promotes witchcraft- IT'S A F'ING FICTION BOOK. GET IT STRAIGHT.

  • Hahahahaha!!! Oh wait, you're serious. Let me laugh even harder. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

  • get a fucking life

  • what? is this shit for real? it's a fucking story you nutbags.

  • 8:08

I just typed in "Harry Potter" now where is that porno you promised me :D

  • @ccthepinecone LOL that is so funny

  • this makes me laugh all the way to my bookshelf. I <3 Harry Potter

  • talk about lack of respect for human life

  • @RisenPhoenix92 fuck yess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 well obviously god doesnt give a shit bout his son cuzz he had him die on the cross right??

  • I am a firebrand Christian. I have never quite understood Harry Potter to be honest. I have not yet read the books though I plan to. I have always had an aversion to it, until I went to the final movie (for no other reason than to hang out with old friends). I was blown away. The level of intricacy in Rowling's story telling is marvelous, I utterly enjoyed it. Now the problem with Harry Potter as I see it is the people who take it beyond just a story, making more of wizardry than they should.

  • Wow a christian show advertising a demon witchcraff movie, THIS IS NO CHRISTIAN SHOW.

  • What is she complaining about. What is so wrong with witchcraft or Wicca religions? They are after all religions of love and none harm. I understand this is being a american TV program and if that is, USA is supposed to be the role model of religious freedom. Parents who love their children should not force a religion upon them but lead them in the right direction. If christianity is right for them so be it but it may also be so that a from of paganism or withcraft religion is most right.

  • 3:00

That parent sure has a lot of complaints about these books. Do you know what other book has a lot of violence, death, disregard for human life, and etc: The bible! Along with that the bible is riddled with sexism, and encourages other injustice.

  • It's just a damn story people get over it already. The bible is filled with evil stories but you don't see people complaining about them do you?

  • The 700 Club can KMA

  • As a parent there's a lot of Christian books I would like to introduce into my childs class room to get the kids reading as well but I'm fighting against my local school board...

  • God Bless you Caryl for speaking the truth....

  • If that blonde bimbo thought The Sorceror's Stone was horrifying, she'd have DIED if she knew anything abouth The Deathly Hallows.
