When he started with the "moral and ethical" talk, Katie should have asked him why it was shown that his estate consumes more power than multiple commercial city blocks.

Is he both amoral and unethical? Or does he simply not believe what he says? Or was he simply not aware that his estate consumed such vast amounts of power?

According to the Nashville Electric service, his estate uses more power every month than the avg American consumes in a year, and I don't think the avg American is "green"
