  • You have gotten a bit slower at the solo part. But it's really good. Keep it up!

  • He's very good for an eight year old. And you trolls coming to this video just so you can insult him?? Please go away. You're disrupting the music.

  • He is excellent! Really enjoyed!!! So talented!!

  • he looks stupid in the beginning lol

  • im sorry about that...very sorry better than i can play :)

  • this sux and this kid has no life

  • He's 8 years old.

He has talent [well, he's working on it.]

He has a life, cuz he's not on youtube dissing young children.

  • Dude that's way to harsh, constructive criticism please ): He's not playing the original version, which is much more difficult. He also has terrible tempo, intonation, and a few stray notes. His bow likes to jump around. But HEY, he's only 8 years old, there is no telling what could happen in a few years.

  • EXCELLENT!!

  • this is reallyy god im impressed i need to find this with juts a viola...i need some help onm tone part

  • He's only 8 and he plays this well! Wow some serious talent here!!!

    Well done

  • Very nice job. Wonderful tone your violin plays. Ive been playing this song for a while now and every time i get fast or play higher pitched note it chockes. Great job =)

  • it's very good but if you want to make it even better try not to slow down on the harder parts in the ben.

  • i love the sound :]

  • nice job! Nice tone and pretty good intonation!!!

  • Hey Zachary, clap the rhythms! You'll notice the difference! Good luck, my musician friend

  • you're only 8? great job! post more! BRAVO!!! you may also want to post a video of you doing rhythm (clapping) exercises, if you do them--which you should...

  • Thank you for the kind comments. You hit it right on the nail that Zachary does need lots of rhythmic practice. Thanks for the suggestions.

  • You're welcome. Trust me, as a musiciam myself, spending 10 minutes clapping rhythms (either from the pieces he's working on or from a theory/rhythm method book, will help dramatically. Have him spend maybe ten minutes of a practice doing NOTHING but clapping his hands. You may want to video him while he does that so he sees/hears himself and where he needs work... If he has a wristwatch, that will give him the steady beat if he doesn't have a metronome. Good luck

  • How's Zachary doing on his rhythms? Has he been clapping rhythms? If so, post a video or two of him working on his rhythm clapping

  • I'm practicing this song too!! :) i love it:)

  • great job

  • i am playing this for my violin class too!!

  • i am playing this piece for my violin class

  • I'm playing this for NYSSMA and now practicing it.
