@YetiMusicStation yea we took motor off and put on my race kart much much better. the total cost its hard to say, my dad had the motor he rebuilt a long time ago and never got used, the mini bike frame was 100 plus 100 to podercoat it blue not even counting the hardware and all the chrome bolts and time it took to get it to look nice.

good job powdercoating , mind you where the engine sits is a little not well done ... but still i think u done well . i supervise a powdercoating shop .. ill show u my bike next week i am getting custom vynal on it right now

you over did your calc no 5 hp bored or any thing can produce 15hp there is to much pressure not able to happen even with nitro or alcohol a new carb improved jets bored 30 over even with a better fly wheel racing exhaust and headers and a milled head you may have a 10 hp but any thing over 12 hp you would have a bomb between your legs
Thats the biggest waist of money ive ever seen go into THAT model briggs.. If you dont run a ball bearing version of that briggs you will have some serious problems with the crank seizing up due to no oil in that area of the motor(PTO side im just warning you what that model is known for).. Oo btw great project though..

nice bike what kind of cam is in it if u put a 468 cam in it then it will hall ass and a smaller rear sproket will make it go faster to. nice carb must give it some power
