The education system always plays the martyr role ("It's for the children!") despite empirical evidence that it is huge business. I did notice changes and could see the negative changes and then I knew why and when I asked why he did't tell me he said that he was afraid that it would make things worse but then it can't get any worser. I contacted the proper depts but it was no help at first they act like they are going to do something but it's just to stall you. this teacher have been investigated other times also but is still teaching.
I home school my son like he said when I asked him if he wanted to go back to public school and he said that he was too busy learning then to go to school... Whatever happened to calling the parents? I remember the incident with the 5 yr old, it disgusted me! On an individual level, parents have to get involved in their local districts. That's the most effective way, in my opinion. We need more child advocates to intervene on behalf of kids with special needs.

When I was in high school, this was in 97-98 we had a play in the auditorium but before the play we had to stand up for the pledge of allegiance, there was about 25 Mexican and Portuguese kids who refused to rise, because the idea spread that we should pledge to their flag as well so they didn't stand. The school officer forced them all out and made them sit in the hallway until after the play. I didn't stand either because I didn't give a shit about the oath, or the flag. This wasn't post 9-11.

hows a kid sposed to pay their tickets if they can't run a lemonade stand??? I used to cover the entire desk with pencil art and only got in trouble when the kids in period after me started complaining of getting pencil stains all over them and not being able to work. Then after that when I got caught I just had to wash the table at recess and that was it. I got like 80's 90's on tests so its not like it was distracting me I earned my keep.. this is just shocking...
I imagine law has been allowing parents to sue other parents for these small things more and more and now they are bringing in the law to do this as preventative warning that it is behavior that will get you sued and keep it out of courts. This is a great video. They do this type of ambient abuse at state universities too. I experienced it at UT Austin. It's a miserably corrupt town with oligarchs staging false flags and manufacturing problems with agents provocateurs to push people into prisons or probation. I was framed in the fourth grade by a kid who had stolen my gym shoes. I chased him down and took my shoes back and punched him. I know. I'm bad. A few days later I believe this kid carved my initials into my assigned desk. I received no punishment after interrogation but the teachers lounge talk took over the fight and I was treated unfairly for the next two years at that school. Today, the cops would have taken the report, end of story, no recovery no blackball, no justice for anyone..
I know a few kids "special needs" -if the child has a running nose they wont get help all day with that! So they end up with snot all over.. How horrible!
If other children are sick or injured they are force to stay in school ..No matter what!

I saw this first hand two weeks ago, the child was put in special ed and he's a black kid who looks white. I almost lost it, the schools are treating him like he was a criminal and the family was down talking him ending every sentence with white boy. The mother didn't say anything so i pulled her aside and told her about home school. More minorities home schooled end up with careers when their older. I.e. Venus and Serena Williams from gang filled Compton Ca.
The best solution I know is to just keep publicizing the situations - gather them all together, describe how they're related, & illustrate the real consequences. I can tell most of the people here wish we could instantly hold those we felt responsible, punish them, change the law, and get on with our "free" lives. But that's not really a fun solution from the other side. And change takes time. I just hope we don't go down like the Romans. Cause the collapse looks so obvious from down here.

I believe there's really nothing we can do about it... We just have to do our best to take care of ourselves and the ones we love during our time here and not focus so much on everything around us. My solution to the problem was home schooling my son. This way he is not run through the system and taught to get in line for his lunch and taught things that are not true.. because of this he is far more advanced academically than his counterparts. My solution is a bit scary,he knows how to think critically. I will also add he loves physics and astronomy. He's 8. and that s what we should expect from our kids.. that and playtime. lots of it

When I worked at a college, I created a database to track all the students & their statistics. In order to get more "affirmative action" funding, the supervisor had me count minority students more than once to make the number of minority students look higher. This resulted in the college getting more money. I pointed this out to the executive director who had only excuses for the padding of numbers which I told her were not justified. BTW, hispanics are now the majority in the U.S.A.
I totally agree with the cookie resolution though, girl scout cookie corp. has been exploiting children for a very long time. They take most of the profits just as any corporation and exploit little girls as almost free labor. If they were to give all their profits back to the girl scouts, instead of the girl scouts just being the sales wing of the cookie corp, then I would think differently.

And they've been hugely successful! Despite the decline in quality of education, people are more than willing to continue to throw money at the problem. And BTW, education is a HUGE business. It is a multi-billion dollar industry that starts in pre-k and goes through college. Two-thirds of my astronomical property tax bill goes to a failing school system and I have no choice in the matter. Politicians profit greatly, though indirectly. It's legal money laundering

Arguably any aspect of america is a multibillion dollar business. Would be hard not to with 310 million people. Seeing it from the outside however... It seems quality of life in USA these days is whatever the different institutions / providers can get away with rather than not whats best according to needs or... reason.

@Janusha Many things are money making industries, but most are more open about it. The education system always plays the martyr role ("It's for the children!") despite empirical evidence that it is huge business. But I believe it's true purpose, beyond making money, is to exert more and more control over each successive generation. Freedom is the enemy to the public education system because free people think for themselves. That's why "educrats" hate charter schools and homeschooling.

I did notice changes and could see the negative changes and then I knew why and when I asked why he did't tell me he said that he was afraid that it would make things worse but then it can't get any worser. I contacted the proper depts but it was no help at first they act like they are going to do something but it's just to stall you. this teacher have been investigated other times also but is still teaching.

Whatever happened to calling the parents? I remember the incident with the 5 yr old, it disgusted me! On an individual level, parents have to get involved in their local districts. That's the most effective way, in my opinion. We need more child advocates to intervene on behalf of kids with special needs.

Of course my first husband had problems with local sheriff and he put him in jail regularly to make money off fines....'til he quit paying and just stayed in jail 'til they let him out. That way it costs THEM money to arrest. I suggest the same in this situation.

When I was in high school, this was in 97-98 we had a play in the auditorium but before the play we had to stand up for the pledge of allegiance, there was about 25 Mexican and Portuguese kids who refused to rise, because the idea spread that we should pledge to their flag as well so they didn't stand. The school officer forced them all out and made them sit in the hallway until after the play. I didn't stand either because I didn't give a shit about the oath, or the flag. This wasn't post 9-11.

@YAMIYAMIRUSH Also, I'm American and they did go to the principal to complain and one of the people that were forced to sit outside said the principal just laughed and said "You should have stood". It's hearsay because I wasn't around at that time. This is typical American "corrupt knights collecting taxes for the king" the kids aren't allowed to sell lemonade in the kings forest. A simple fix to stop crap like this "42 U.S.C. 1983" look it up.

@YAMIYAMIRUSH Also the 42 U.S.C. 1983 can become a vicarious lawsuit ( I forget the statute but the term is "vicarious")so not only would the individual officer be responsible for his unlawful action, but his superior along with the organization his superior represents would be liable as well.
So it's one big clusterfuck of taking the blame and the corrupt officer won't want to do that, and will probably drop it.

hows a kid sposed to pay their tickets if they can't run a lemonade stand??? I used to cover the entire desk with pencil art and only got in trouble when the kids in period after me started complaining of getting pencil stains all over them and not being able to work. Then after that when I got caught I just had to wash the table at recess and that was it. I got like 80's 90's on tests so its not like it was distracting me I earned my keep.. this is just shocking...

I imagine law has been allowing parents to sue other parents for these small things more and more and now they are bringing in the law to do this as preventative warning that it is behavior that will get you sued and keep it out of courts. To me thats all backwards though its like not allowing my dog in a park even on leash because people let their dogs of leash and don't notice them pooping behind a tree... There seems an overall trend of this control paranoia in society since lawyers went wild

This is a great video. They do this type of ambient abuse at state universities too. I experienced it at UT Austin. It's a miserably corrupt town with oligarchs staging false flags and manufacturing problems with agents provocateurs to push people into prisons or probation. Discrimination against Latins, blacks, gays, lower-incomed, and atheists is a ruinous problem.

I was framed in the fourth grade by a kid who had stolen my gym shoes. I chased him down and took my shoes back and punched him. I know. I'm bad. A few days later I believe this kid carved my initials into my assigned desk. I received no punishment after interrogation but the teachers lounge talk took over the fight and I was treated unfairly for the next two years at that school. Today, the cops would have taken the report, end of story, no recovery no blackball, no justice for anyone..

I saw this first hand two weeks ago, the child was put in special ed and he's a black kid who looks white. I almost lost it, the schools are treating him like he was a criminal and the family was down talking him ending every sentence with white boy. The mother didn't say anything so i pulled her aside and told her about home school. More minorities home schooled end up with careers when their older. I.e. Venus and Serena Williams from gang filled Compton Ca.

The best solution I know is to just keep publicizing the situations - gather them all together, describe how they're related, & illustrate the real consequences. I can tell most of the people here wish we could instantly hold those we felt responsible, punish them, change the law, and get on with our "free" lives. But that's not really a fun solution from the other side. And change takes time. I just hope we don't go down like the Romans. Cause the collapse looks so obvious from down here.

I believe there's really nothing we can do about it... We just have to do our best to take care of ourselves and the ones we love during our time here and not focus so much on everything around us. This kinda stuff used to really get to me until one day, I said, "you know what, I'm not tuning into it anymore." No, I'm not just an ostrich, but I've got other things to worry about like paying the bills and making the most out of my time so that enjoy it without fear and worry.

Wow, I really dug your video and the aspects you brought to light. Sadly, this is part of the plan. Privatization of schools and prisons will only increase the speed and volume of what already occurs.
That's the plan of the rich and powerful; divide, un-educate, corner, conquer and vanquish.....It's a sad state of affairs which is only getting worse but your contribution to the truth is deeply appreciated.

My solution to the problem was home schooling my son. This way he is not run through the system and taught to get in line for his lunch and taught things that are not true.. because of this he is far more advanced academically than his counterparts. My solution is a bit scary,he knows how to think critically. I will also add he loves physics and astronomy. He's 8. and that s what we should expect from our kids.. that and playtime. lots of it

The Solution is the Constitution! We have to return to it. It is still the de jure law of this land. But we are under the control of private corporations being enforced de facto. We have to close the FRS, illegal under the Constitution. And the subjects of the Constitution are the office holders. We have to start having them arrested for breaking their Oaths of Office and voting contrary to it's limits!

We as a democracy need to vote to change laws and reduce the law enforcment.
This is still a free country but, it has gotten so "politically correct" teachers are afraid of being sued or lose their jobs for punishing unruly children so they would rather let the police do the punishing. You wont see that in catholic schools, them nuns love whipping them kids!!

i think the people who enforce these laws need to be looked at. they become like robots when they put on a uniform, actions become inhuman, no mercy or compassion. there needs to be a anti terrorist threats by civil servants law. most of their actions, if labeled properly, would fall under the definition of terrorist actions, the very meaning of the word terrorist applies to these people, so called authorities.

When I worked at a college, I created a database to track all the students & their statistics. In order to get more "affirmative action" funding, the supervisor had me count minority students more than once to make the number of minority students look higher. This resulted in the college getting more money. I pointed this out to the executive director who had only excuses for the padding of numbers which I told her were not justified. BTW, hispanics are now the majority in the U.S.A.

I totally agree with the cookie resolution though, girl scout cookie corp. has been exploiting children for a very long time. They take most of the profits just as any corporation and exploit little girls as almost free labor. If they were to give all their profits back to the girl scouts, instead of the girl scouts just being the sales wing of the cookie corp, then I would think differently.

@tooosweeet it reminds me of the orphanage in "despicable me" where the girls are forced to meet sales quotas for the profit of a corporation. They are stigmatised and harassed if they don't do enough to sell the cookies or can't sell enough (which are ridiculously priced, taking advantage of young girls again), and in the end the actual local troup barely sees any of the profit. the girl cookie corp shouldn't get away exploiting labor like that, they can register like other salesman.

Are you really serious...I sold candy as a kid in sports and it was excellent training for what I now do...sales...and, not to mention, it was fun, and created some healthy competition...Children these days are used to getting "ribbons" for everything...they do not know the realities of life, and having to perform...
We have been dumbing-down the generations to come, and people don't even see it! The girlscouts...have done a lot for children...I doubt their objective is to exploit kids!

I pretty sure keebler or some giant cookie manufacturer takes home 40% of the profit, and only about 10 percent stays in the local troop. 200 million boxes at 4+ dollars ... Why can't they do what boy scouts do, and organize their own fundraisers so they keep ALL the profits in the troop? I've heard of BS troops raising over 100 thousand dollars in 2 days!

As winners, they wrote the "history," and indoctrinated us with the notion that they represented "good" and those who opposed them represented "evil." No, I'm merely suggesting that all evidence contradicts it. As Anthony Lawson points out, horrific images of emaciated corpses don't tell us anything about who caused the deaths. Moreover, we can be certain, emaciation wasn't caused by the claimed "gassings."
