As a crash investigator, I see this type collision daily. Had I been assigned to handle this one, I would find driver error on the driver of the Chrysler. The car failed to slow, and move to the next lane. In no way shape or form is the motorcoach parked inproperly, nor is there blame to be assigned to the trooper. Young or old, pay attn to ur driving, and move over for ANY vehical in the breakdown lane

At second 7 of this video, just before the impact, it is absolutely visible for people who can see, that the bus is stopped legally and the car has crossed with its right wheels the white line. Go to the ophthalmologist as soon as possible before you cause a tragedy on the road. Blind people shouldn't be allowed to drive an 18 wheeler.
