omg this brings back so many memories. I had one back in the uk it was a w reg a 1980 model i paid 140 quid for it with only 200 miles on it. Managed to get the bigger 24mm carb if i remember correctly and derestricted the exhaust i had so much fun on it.
I put a bigger carb on mine 21mm I think. I had it in Italy, I lived in Pozzuoli outside of Naples in early 70's.

had one of these in 1980, tuned and ported they will do 60 mph but they dont stop!

I think a bigger carb would make a big difference, 19or21mm.
I saw a similar bike for sale recently, wish I had bought it!
