Agree ty! (the guitarist). the problem was we were doing this mostly for the drummer and, since we are recording live, there was a problem with the guitar and kick drums fighting for the same freqs. With the guitar up, we could not here the kicks.

Thanks! I am the guitar player and I agree. We posted this mostly for the drummer though, and the first time the guitar was drowning the kick drums. The problem was that we are recording live and the guitar and bass drums overlap frequencies and bleed into each other's mic, so its going to be a trade-off either way... (I should post the original take for us guitarists).
