Just letting you know that the nail bed itself does not breathe nails are dead tissue, around the nail does! like the cuticle, there is no need to let your nails have a break from nail polish! very good video nice and clear to understand! do some googling for more information about the nail beds..

@KimberlySanchez14 Put vinegar, nail polish remover or lemon juice on your finger tips every morning. The taste will help keep your mouth away from your nails. Also think of the germs that live underneath your nails and the acids of your mouth making your nails frail. Hope it helps. I used to be a nail biter too.
