  • Hey!!! u hve finished ur interview. I got alot more to tell the viewers,,, It's not hardship that she face but she took part in some conditions in Thai... But i like many others had faced the real hardship but hve no chance to go to collage. just kidding.I agree with u.I think IRC/OPE should interview me to know more about refugees. I hve been to- INDIA, THAILAND and MALAYSIA as a refugees. From all experieces the hardest was: my Journey from Burma to Malaysia. Contact me @ santhang@hotmail.com

  • Wow..you only been in the state for a few moment and your english is really good...you have potential I can tell. You are outspoken .... you sure can become something...just don't give up whatever you want to be...best wish..

  • Are you from Burma (Myanmar)? If you are I feel sorry about you. Seriously.

  • @tayza007

Yeah . I feel sorry about her past experiences, and also I'm proud of her ambition and hard works with perseverance. I wish her luck on achievement for human life.

  • I have supported IRC for years; however I just discovered that Henry Kissinger, the author of the 200 pg "National Security Study Memorandum 200" which called for a massive population reduction of 13 key third world nations, is a chairman on the board for the IRC. I know that there are many genuinely good people working for the IRC, but I think that it is important for you to google that study ("National Security Study Memorandum 200") before you allocate money to the IRC.

  • your life experiences are a good example to motivate those americans who bitches about their life. It's sad that they don't realize that they are alot better off than those who dealt with REAL Hardship and persecution in other countries.

  • I personally know her. She lives down the hall from me and is one of the hardest working and ambitious people I know. I did not know she was interviewed for this! Goooo Mo! :D

  • huhhhh funny gal ... is it only America which hav women right??? learn more

  • Go on Girl! ;) From Burma to the Beyound!

  • I enjoyed this. I really did. Too bad most won't take notice...

too caught up in celebrity scandals. That seems to make more news than anything.

  • I second kekewest20. Too many people complain about the US because it isn't perfect--and it's true, there are still many problems. But people all over the world go to the US & talk about how it has so many more benefits & opportunities than anywhere else in the world. Everyone should focus on that, and getting the whole world to enjoy the same benefits and opportunities.

  • thats true but y ppl do concentrate sometimes on its imperfection because lots of times when they come here they are worst off than in their home countries, yes alot of ppl get helped but lots dont, and you have to understand we are human beings we get disappointed at unfairness of life

  • "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me: because the Lord has annointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound."

  • I loved this documentary. She is absolutly right. A lot of people dont realize they have soo many opportunities in this country. I wish the best of luck for her.
