what is a target combo?

@DumbOwl Combos that are essential to learning that character. They are done by normal attacks only, not with special moves.

Examples are Ken's Short~Fierce and pretty much everything that the Sf3 fighters do.

@TheBiz182 Target Combos are not "essential" to learning.

Technically speaking a target combo is a pre-determined chain combo mapped to a specific series of buttons.

Combos that are essential for learning are more known as BnB combos, or bread and butter combos. Reliable consistant combos that work on every character, does decent damage, and are relatively safe.

Ibuki's ultra is beginning to annoy me. Once you execute it, you have to wait seemingly 10 seconds for it to finish. It's just too much. It's almost like a commercial in the game.

@buddhasknowbest why? long ultras are beast! Besides, its not that long. And the player deserves a little visual for landing an ultra combo.I could understand if the ultra was like 15 secs+, but 10 is just right.

People complain about long ultra sequences? I look at both of Makoto's ultras, and cry because they're so short.

But yeah man, her ultra 1 is a little lackluster, how about some more hits, or make um look like they hit harder, yaknow shin/metsu shoryuken style?

I use guy whos got some decent length ultras, however I wish his ultra 2 was a liiitlle longer cuz ya know its not a combo its an epic move. I also use Dan and Chun, they both have pretty short ultras/not really cinematic ones.

Anyway, onto to video, I like Ibuki waaayyyy more than C. Viper and if I get this game, I will make sure that I abuse any C. Viper opponent I run into with her. Not using these Justin-isms though. I'll find my own way to fight well with Ibuki.

after i saw how slow he inputed the superjump cancel motion... i went back to training mode to test out viper combos and its just absolutely ridiculous... low health or not viper is top teir... u just learned from justin wong how to super jump cancel into ultra... eaiser then u thought huh?
