  • Ross, your videos are great. Step by step, very clear and to the point. As a die maker you speak my language. Keep up the good work.

  • great vids man keep up the good work

  • I use my judo belt and an apple tree as my suspension training device. Gives me a great grip, is cheap and simple.

  • People seriously need help with this? I made my own straps by buying webbing and cam buckles and manually sewing it all together, and made PVC handles...

When I got my buckles I fed some strap through to see how they worked, and was immediately disappointed when it slipped badly. I figured that couldn't be right and flipped it.

Seeing as that's pretty much the only variable in this system it's baffling to me that people would resort to tying knots before flipping it around the other way....

  • @anonamatron

LOL Some of us are not mechanically inclined.

  • or just tie knots forward and aft of the buckle

  • @m00nw4lk - tying a knot is limited as you can't quickly adjust the length of the strap. there is no need to tie anything if the straps are simply fed through the buckle in the proper direction.

  • ha i had that problem i got them last week.. i just tied a knot so it couldnt come through! now i know how to do it right cheers ross

  • @boneTHUGS111 - no problem at all...
