  • Interesting take on working with REO agents. This is one of the over 15 methods I have used over the years to do over 1,000 Transactions. Would be Great if more folks use the methods to buy and sell and put all these Vacant homes back in use. I have 16 deals going now. I am part of the Solution. You can be too while earning a good living. I teach people how. DanTheRealEstateGuy

  • It's a new paradigm, and everybody who doesn't buy, now, will be priced out forever. Anybody who does buy will be rewarded with a lifetime of riches, as their property will continue its 30% yearly price increase.

Renters, and anybody born in a future generation, will not be able to afford a £15,000,000 starter flat in 15 years. They will live in tent cities, and Hondas.

This asset bubble is different than all of the others - it will never slow down, or pop. The gains are permanent.

  • lol, irony?

  • Flipping = buying at one price and reselling for a higher price (and a profit). It's a term that could mean quick-turn wholesaling (as-is, no repairs) or it could also apply to those who renovate then resell on the retail market. Takes longer, but also higher profit margins.

    Slow dimes vs. fast nickels.

    Make sense? :-)

  • Great Video! You know what you're doing and I respect that. I'm in Chicago. Look me up sometime.

  • Crook

  • Thanks for taking the time to ignorantly post a random, meaningless remark.

    Dork.

  • queer

  • How is this guy a crook who buys foreclosure properties? Or is your intellect so small that you can only think in one word sentences?

  • hmmmm.... no reply.

    arytonjames is an envious prick.

ignore him. Trust me, the rest of the world does.

  • you're making me sea sick. be still and stop moving around so much. you look like you're doing this seminar on a cruise liner in the middle of a bad storm. trying to be helpful....

  • It was just a hand held camera. The event wasn't "offically taped". I just pulled out my own little pocket cam. If we'd been trying to turn it into a product or something, it would have been much different. But hey, the content's still good!

    ...jp

  • JP I wasn't dogging you. Probably should have prefaced my comments with that. I just wanted you to know that your moving back and forth was distracting and I only meant it as constructive criticism. Good luck.
