  • wow i had magnesium deficiency this whole time!! i started having head/ear twitching and anxiety ever since i finished high school. it ruined my life for about 5 months.. i started taking 500mg magnesium and 1000mg of vitamin b and feel like my old self again!! i feel wonderful!

  • If magnesium is recommended for all the ailments the good dr mentioned, including the heart and kidney stones formed from a lack of, why is it then cautioned in use for those same patients?

  • coffee contains magnesium.

  • Magnesium makes an amazing difference in my experience. I've been using Natural Calm but have also tried mag oil, mag chloride, and mag sulfate.

  • After taking Magnesium Oxide for my stress, depression and anxiety I feel than taking antidepressants. I noticed there's many types of magnesium, am I taking the wrong one for my anxiety? BTW I take 200mg to 300mg Magnesium with a children's multivitamin with 100% iron ( I'm anemic) and It has a 50mg for calcium.

  • Thank you, I don't know I've studied in the US and I relate to the American mentality. Even though financially life here in Saudi Arabia is much easier and wealthier BUT I CAN'T RELATE TO THE SUCKEN SAUDI MENTALITY.

  • Man this guy look awesome!! ;)

  • I crave any type of nuts mostly cashews, my legs and eyes used to twitch all the time.

one does of magnesium and all the twitching vanishes and it feels like im on a relaxing drug or something, but i remember this feels the same as I did as a kid.

Also zinc lets me smell and see at night like I was a kid again.

Crohns really does suck every vitamin I take makes me feel better.

  • @MTHKITEBOARDS

Sorry to hear you got chrons..I got rid of Proctitis with Magnesium and Fork-full servings of garlic and recently found out it's the SULFUR in garlic.....Order MSM and take at least 6grms daily. You may want to get NAC too to boost Glutathione and Niacin, b-complex. To convince yourself SULFUR is key to fixing GI, go to wikipedia search Humira and Imuran to see the SULFUR in those 2 drugs that are used to treat Inflammation in GI and RA!

  • @madmanatsea

Hi, I used to take MSM at 6 grms a day.....and had normal blood pressure. I have been off my MSM for 6 months now.......new job stress and just getting by financially. Now my pressure is 158 over 90.

Did you find the MSM was the key to your lower bp?

  • Thank you for the great video. There's so much information that can really make a difference in your health.

  • cacao nibs is the highest natural magnesium food you can eat

  • Don't forget to replace the large amount of water that magnesium displaces!

  • @EGMAG

The only way that would happen is if you are taking too much magnesium to the point you have diahrea, however I am not convinced that it is a diuretic......I believe the Magnesium relaxes the Colon and prevents the FORCEFUL contractions that cause up to 70% of Americans to have Diverticulosis and some 15% of these get Diverticulitis so if you want COLON cancer or Diverticulitis DON'T SUPPLEMENT with Magnesium. This relaxation causes the colon to have a bigger canal-waste flies!

  • @madmanatsea relaxes the Colon <<

Well isn't this relaxation causing the h2o to be drawn out of the organs and tissues more then usual, and thus mag/cit acts as a laxative; so replacement with water and electrolytes [potassium] etc is warranted. Of course the dosage must be regulated for each individual so as to not have diahrea much to often [just soft stool] . The cholesterol seems do decrease also.

  • red clover tea is rich in magnesium better than having tablets

  • 22y32g9, I agree with you, so much so that I give people magnesium chloride, and sea salt as gifts along with a list of web sites and you tube videos. if anyone doubts what this guy is saying take a bath with epsom salt and see how you feel

  • It's true what he is saying.

  • i' ve just took magnesium an houre a go and i feel more relaxed and calm

  • Now I understand why every form of processed foods are mineral FREE.

This is a Global Conspiracy. Table salt is also processed. I found Himalayan Pink Sea Salt that has 84 minerals. $10.00 USD a pound THE FDA, The DRUG COMPANY'S is running a BIG SCAM on the American Public. I want to thank you for this video.

  • Now that I know this nutrient helps Anal Spasm I be sure to use it .. thanks

  • For me, magnesium was part of the battle, but it wasn't until I started increasing the potassium in my diet as well that all my little troubles cleared up (acne, insomnia, irregular heartbeat at times, and muscle tension). I have Celiac and have read that malabsorption is common with that, so it's worth taking a look at all vitamin and mineral levels.

  • 400 1000

  • how many mg should i take?

  • Swimming in the sea is a great way to get magnesium!

  • Check out Jon Kabat Zinn on youtube. Google talks are very informative as well. If your into meditation.

  • Dr Hyman. How can I be deficient on Mg if my electrolytes are within normal limits???

  • This Doctor is telling the TRUTH

The Human Body is made up of 4 main Elements,

#1 is Water, Contaminated with RAT POISON thats FLUORIDE

#2 is MAGNESIUM, they been leaving MAG oout of Fertilizer over 80 years in America, Mag is Needed to put Vit D into Cells, to Keep Brain Cleaned out

If Farmers fail to put out MAG Blocks, Cattle DIE

Also See SCIENTIST georgeeby film at end He gives 4 best types of MAG

  • Hymen LOL

  • Amazing video, thank you! :-)

  • hey doctor, a recent blood test showed that my calicum levels were high, could i please take magnesium tablets to help me. i am 24yo, 6'2,142 lbs and i suffered from Typhoid fever i year ago, please give me some advice or talk to me, im not looking for a diagnosis handsome, just wanting some advice, thanks Doc! keep curing*

  • RE: "You are twice likely to die".

I smiled at that sentence. Dr. Hyman, WE ALL DIE. Not likely, but for sure.

I know you meant to say: twice likely to die PREMATURE.

So, the key words here are PREMATURE DEATH.

Anyway, thanks for the video; very informative indeed.

  • Very good video Doctor..Thank you..Zuzanna

  • I like to snort epsom salts.

  • Two days ago I started taking magnesium Ox. 250 mg, calcium 400 mg and vitamine D, all 3 together in a big tablet, after 2 days so far I have noticed my stools are bigger and softer. I would like to know if what I am taking is ok or should I take some other magnesium type instead.thanxs

  • I would mos def skip the tofu, a nutritional disaster. Most grains too are to be avoided. I just take a gram of mag in the form mag citrate and it seems to enough to stop the constipation and leg cramps. Oh, and do look in mag oil. It is the transdermal way to get it into the body. My wife loves it when I massage it into her spine. Add a bit of DMSO to the oil for faster absorption.

  • @deenie1219 Fermented soy products are fine in small amounts.

  • How much magenium dose is good for people with heart condition, and high blood pressure and what amount of calcium one should take with magnesim.

  • According to the EPA one out of six women of child bearing age has enough mercury in thier bodies to cause harm to thier fetus...Mercury depletes Magnesium and we need magnesium to rid our bodies of toxins.

  • I don't get it. Im seeing different types of magnesium being mentioned. Which is the best to take and how much of it?

  • @izzy80 I have been reading a lot and discovered magnesium chloride is the best to take.

  • I suffered with body tension, anxiety disorder and IBS for 38 years. Then I went on a vitamin regiment to get off my anti depressants I took for 25 years. My IBS went away and my anxiety went from 8/10 to 4/10.My mind works better under stress.TAKE MAGNESIUM AND LISTEN TO THE DOCTOR.

  • Can twitching muscles also be a result of a calcium deficiency?

  • After watching this I went and bought some. I already feel more relaxed. Was definately deficient. Thank you!

  • thanks

  • Hi, im troy mcclore

  • 6:19 "avoid magnesium carbonate, sulfate" but take an epsom salt bath,i thought that epsom salt is actually magnesium sulfate,it's not?

  • RDA's are a load of garbage, scientific studies show that human beings actually need 3 to 4 times the amount of RDA's we told for many vitamins and minerals. I take 1500mg a day of magnesium, as recommended by my personal trainer. Don't take magnesium oxide, it is the cheapest form and doesn't aborb well.

  • I've been taking a magnesium citrate supplement for 12 days now and I am definitely feeling like a different person (in a good way). I decided to do an experiment for 1 month and take magnesium and then evaluate my feelings and symptom improvement. For me, 7-9 days in, I actually began to feel tired and more relaxed than usual, but it was a good tired feeling... I suspect it was my adrenals calming down. But I plan to continue my experiment and see what happens at the end of my experiment...

  • @ratiocinativeness did you get chapped lips? I took citrate too, 2x528mg tables a day and my lips felt like crap, other than that, I did feel more relaxed

  • @thecalledmelos I ended up stopping taking it. I began to feel a little "out of it" and uncomfortable. I think it could have been relaxing my adrenals(?) too much.

  • Respond to this video... but no, no chapped lips

  • How much magnesium per day?

  • @jackinla8 The RDA is around 400mg daily for women and 420mg daily for men. Chances are, if you're taking a highly absorbable form of magnesium (like magnesium citrate), then you will not need any more than 400mg, infact you might only need half depending on how low your levels are. Too much can give you diarrhea.

  • Hold on a second ... "If you are deficient in this critical nutrient, you're twice as likely to die." So there is a chance I won't die?!

  • what dose is necessary to get it back on track??

  • If you add zinc and vitamin B6 to Magnesium, you have a very powerful combination. ZMA, look it up.

  • nice vid: white people that move to the tropics get magnesium deficiency because of the brutal increase in vitamin d because of permanent sunlight....other way, dark skinned far from tropics get vitamin d deficiency and magnesium deficiency too...

  • soy is poison but great vid and thanks a lot for the info.

  • I testify to the absolute truth of the Doc's words, magnesium is wunderbar.

My symptoms were 1. Insomnia 2. Aching leg's 3. Restless legs 4. Poor circulation 5. Head aches 6. Tension and so on..I have had great sleep for the last two months, I feel more chilled and laid back and less anxious. I should add that I have a good diet, love seafood and mixed nuts but must be magnesium deficient still, I find my main topic of conversation now is how magnesium changed my life, sad!!

  • WAIT A MINUTE. FIRST YOU SAY DON'T TAKE MAGNESIUM SULFATE, BUT THEN FIVE SECONDS LATER YOU SAY TAKE EPSOM SALT BATH, WHICH IS MAGNESIUM SULFATE. MAGNESIUM IS READILY ABSORBED THROUGH THE SKIN, POSSIBLY EVEN FASTER THAN TAKEN ORALLY, SO WHAT GIVES?

  • what kind of zinc if not oxcide?

  • @AndrosForever Yeah, it was like a move that Mr. Bookman made when he was scolding Jerry! Remember?

  • @AndrosForever Sorry, should have said that I'm referring to the show Seinfeld...

  • @AndrosForever

Yes I noticed his left shoulder shrug if that's what you mean.

  • @AndrosForever

Yes I noticed his left shoulder shrug if that's what you mean.

  • Holy God! I knew Magnesium was important, but I had no idea... Get thee to thee market!

  • Anal spasms? Ah, so that's what those are called...

  • @ThElitE , internal flatulence ;-)

  • after i watched this video i went and bought some Magnesium Oxide 500mg and took one and within about half a hour i could feel the effects, it was like a took an ssri or something, so chill, lol. amazing stuff

  • @lightbrownpoop Try magnesium citrate powder. Mail me back when you experience the benefits of it. Its the best money i have spent. Truly superb.

  • @MixingLaboratory actually, i bought a new supplement from Webber Naturals. It's calcium 333mg, magnesium 167mg and some vitamin D all in one pill, i take 3 of those bad boys a day which works out to roughly 1000mg calium, 500mg magnesium (oxide, citrate, fumarate, succinate, malate, glutarate) and 600IU vitamin D a day...is the powder stuff alot better than pills?

  • @lightbrownpoop From my experience I say yes. The powder in citrate form is rapidly absorbed and used by the body. I noticed a difference in the first two days of drinking it. Its a good combination of a pill that you are taking, consider also taking a zinc supplement too with the magnesium.

  • @MixingLaboratory how much zinc? 50mg? i just want to find a good healthy balance that i can stick with. first thing in the morning i drink detox tea on an empty stomach, then take the calcium/magnesium/vitaminD supplement, i drink 4-6 cups of organic green/white teas a day, take a 1 fairly potent multivitamin a day (around supper time), drink only water, then usually finish off my day with a milder detox tea, lol. i'm probably not getting enough zinc though...

  • @lightbrownpoop 25mg of zinc in supplement form is fine. Get Zinc in picolinate form as it is the best form absorbed by the body, chelated zinc is fine too but the picolinated form is miles better. If you can get it try and get a zinc and copper combination supplement. I alternate between taking Zinc picolinate and the zinc and copper combination. The teas are good, high levels of anti-oxidants.

  • You are the absolutely the best medical doctor in the U.S.A. I've learned so much from watching your videos and books. You help me save my life by following your advice. I wish we have more doctors in this world like you. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for all that you have done to help the public. You are the best!!! Keep up the great work!

  • Hello you should make a video giving a list of the foods our diets should contain. basically make the proper accurate food pyramid. I am 16 years old weight 140 pounds and have 12% body fat I have a 30 inch waist and am 5"6 1/2. I work out alot and i want to know what should by diet consist of to be very fit.

  • Take the dead flesh out of the list, and it does sound like my diet!

  • Twice as likely to die if you don't use magnesium? What kind of stat is that?

  • Hey Doc, the most efficient way to increase your Magnesium levels is to use Magnesium Oil topically.

  • FUCK......YEAAA BITCH...im taking magnesium supps every day from now on

  • This series of videos is an excellent resource for all health seekers

Also - checkout the Buteyco breathing vids

  • i eat 30 bananas a day...no wonder i don't have any of these symptoms! bananas are filled with b6 and magnesium!!

  • @trevfrank holy shit 30 bananas a day? How do you do that? haha

  • i eat 30 bananas a day...no wonder i don't have any of these symptoms!

  • @trevfrank : Are you kidding me? 30 bananas a day?

  • @auggiedoggy google 30bananasaday

    youtube 30bananasaday

    we're legit.

  • @trevfrank : Its just that I can't imagine eating 30 bananas each day! I think I'd get sick of bananas in a hurry! That's even if I could eat that many. I suppose if I were an orangutan ... :o\

  • @auggiedoggy hehe, well if you spend at least an hour exercising each day you could knock back 3,000 calories no problem :)

    and YOU ARE a frugivore...

  • @trevfrank : Why would I want to "knock back 3000 calories"? I actually dislike bananas. My favorite fruits are berries, cherries, plums, green apples and nectarines. Why do you think we are frugivores?

  • @auggiedoggy well the more food you eat, the more nutrients you absorb. it's easier to absorb more nutrients when you exercise cause you can eat more!

we're frugivores cause of our intenstine length, finger shape, hand size, eye sight, smell.

fruit is attractive to the eye, scent, taste, digestion, easy to grow, easy to obtain and harvest, easy to digest, when we are on a diet of fruit we have no body odor, no poop odor either. we have stable moods and deep sleep. we are much better hydrated too

  • @trevfrank: Those are characteristics of eating fruit but it doesn't imply that we are natural frugivores. To find frugivores in our ancestral line you would have to go way back to non-human species living over 7 million years ago. Australopithicines weren't even frugivores. They ate plant material, nuts, insects and some meat. (Yes, I take an interest in this stuff) I have never heard a primatologist or anthropologist refer to our species as anything but omnivores. We are non-specific feeders.

  • What's the most absorbable form of magnesium in a supplement?

  • @tttmmmccc banana, dried figs, artichoke, 100% dark chocolate etc. ur body can only absorb magnesium healthfully if u eat it in a real form

  • When is the last time I ate seaweed?? Today, fool....No I'm jk Mercola I like you. Question..I just bought nature made magnesium/calcium/zinc with vitamin D3 (all in one pill) It contains some iffy ingredients like Magnesium Stearate and oxide. Where can I get a better quality brand? Any suggestions?

  • @MattyOnTheTrack This is not Dr Mercola FOOL! roflmao! I like Mercla too though, lol. BTW this is DR Mark Hyman!

  • Love videos like this exposing the amazing benefits of magnesium. Thanks for posting! :)

  • Good info but take a breath..

  • Great video. I so agree. I suffered from a low back pain that was excruciating for 16 years. I was a fit individual and former gymnast. It started up out of nowhere. The doctors, including the Mayo clinic could find nothing wrong. It was especially bad when lying down. I could get no sleep. When my mother was hospitalized with a heart attack, they put her on a Magnesium drip. I went home and researched Magnesium to see why. I was so impressed I began taking it myself. After 5 months of taking

  • double the daily dose along with calcium and zinc I found my chronic back pain was gone! I made another appt. with the Mayo Clinic Orthopedic Dr. to tell him of my miraculous discovery. He listened but said it was just a coincidence. That was 8 yrs ago. Now, I only take magnesium. I don't need the calcium or zinc. (Magnesium assists in calcium absorption and my calcium levels went off the chart.) If I miss a few nights of magnesium tablets, the pain returns. It also fixed my constipation!

  • I am staring to take more magnesium for my seizures. My seizure medication has magnesium in it anyway , but they charge more because they have synthetic binding ingrediants that are not goof for us. I am getting really tired of paying a lot of money for synthetic stuff. When milk, water and bread also has these as well.

  • I'm going to the store tomorrow and buying all this stuff. this is my mental wellbeing we're talking here. it's probably worth more than cheap tweenkies that are on sale

  • my wife has trouble swallowing, does she need magnesium?

  • This doctor is better than dr Weil--looks more fit and healthier than him. Makes more sense too.

  • The list of symtoms he gave is pretty much the same as it would be for any other thing that's lacking in our diet. You'll notice that if you watch his other videos, such the one on anti-oxidants.

If you think of it that way, it doesn't necessarily mean that you are deficient in magnesium, if you have any of the above symtoms.

  • good video, ps you look hemp deficient

  • use this referral code DIS119 for a very special discount on vitamins at iherb!

  • It is 2:30 in the morning, still awake. I have pms. Mabey I need it.

  • how do you differentiate between calcium and magnesium deficiency?

is a hair mineral analysis the best test?

    i have an eye twitch.

i eat alot of raw foods such as leafy greens, seeds, veg etc.

is it more likely that i am missing calcium if i dont eat dairy?

  • Thanks for the reminder, I already know this but have been slacking, Just took my Mag supplement just now, thanks : )))

  • my girlfriend has trouble swallowing could magnesium be of any help ?

  • Doc, You are right on the money! Congratulations for a great video, and I saw no errors in it. Incidentally, most of those 300 enzymes that you mention are brain enzymes, and low brain magnesium is definitely the cause of all the mental health issues you mentioned, plus anxiety and depression, especially treatment-resistant depression. Google "magnesium and depression" and see the first article (Eby's). See clinical trial of magnesium for depression on pubmed.gov at PMID: 19271419

  • i was suffering from a lot of thease symptoms years ago and have to say hes right since taking this supplement im 100% no deppresstion now for 3 years ! and sleep problems are a lot better

  • Magnesium vitamins have been sitting on

    my counter untouched..... WoW

  • Hey did the eskimos cope on fatty fish and meat (only)?

They were said to be in good health?

  • @Catherine8raw Genetics.

  • @xpaladoshes Vilhjalmur Stefanson (1925) lived with the eskimos for 6 years going from our diet straight onto their high fat, raw etc... diet and he coped, lived and his health improved. For these reasons it cannot be genetic. The raw diet may of explained it. Perhaps the fat saves the magnesium used in glucogenesis, via the fat being used for fuel, instead of carb, I don''t know

  • @Catherine8raw Good question. My best guess is that the wild game and fish had higher levels of magnesium because conventional farming had not reduced magnesium content in the soil, so the meat was richer in magnesium. Because they didn't eat grains/soy/nuts, they didn't have any phytates in their diet so they absorbed minerals far more effectively than we do.

  • The phytate idea = low Mg is a good point. I checked on Nutritional data . com for wild meats, and venison etc. and it is not higher in Mg. Grass fed lamb uis not much different. Eskimos may of ate the stomach of animals or ate other mg foods, like bone broths or something. It is us that just eat only the flesh. We are both agreeing on grain increasing Mg requirement, perhaps via 1. making ATP requiring Mg, and/or phytates inhibiting it.

  • i love you, thank you.

  • @ZaphedBeebleBrox What are you talking about? He isn't selling anything you can get a bag of epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) which is absorbed through your skin, for $4. This guy has 100s of free videos that give sound nutrional advice...listen up!

  • is magnesium citrate hard to absorb aswell? you should make another video talking about magnesium, i looked on amazon and found many types but the top of the list had the "citrate" form- will anybody please tell me by leaving a comment if you know? thanks! =)

  • @anticannoneer

Magnesium oil did wonders for me and cured me of psoriasis . Really great for any skin issue. Don't bother with any oral supplements because magnesium is very alkaline and will mess up your stomach acid if you take it orally. Just use magnesium oil on the skin .

  • Ha ha...how can I be 2 times as likely to die if every dies anyway?

    Other than that, good info.

  • Great information! Thank you very much for this video.

  • Amazing vid!!! Just the answer to all my health queries so far!!!!! Thanks a lot!!!

Oh.. I love your research by the way! Great Job! :)

  • What the best way to get Magnesium from food or from supplements? if food , what foods are rich in this mineral?

  • @vallonia2000

dark chocolate, flax seeds, nuts and all green leafy vegetables

  • @vallonia2000

forget it , just buy magnesium oil from a health store and apply it on skin . Don't eat it or cook it of course.

  • i have arrythmia...and highblood pressure temproraryily

and then it turned into low blood pressure

the arrythmia is still there.. i think its the casue for my messed up blood pressures

BUT WOUld it be safe for me to take magnesium because it lows blood pressure....since i already have low blood pressure, isnt that dangerous?

  • Great vid, turns out i may be magnesium deficient. Very informative doctor.

  • tuna fish,is the best food what it does is ,gives you good brain memory, magnasium, and bunch of other vitamins all though its expensive, most expensive meat,it pink and fresh its called something like solaman fish also the canned ones are good..

  • Hey, can someone list me some foods I can incorporate naturally in my diet high in Mg?? Lmfao he speaks so fast I can't take in the list he gives.. but what sort of diet would anyone reccomend?xx Thx x

  • @XglitteraniX

    probably spinach

  • Didn't you listen to what he said. I think you should start with wheat bread and grains bread. You should eat oat bran cereal and nuts (all kinds not just peanuts but walnuts, cashew, brazilan), avocado, dark chocolate, bananas. If you are deficient you should take supplement for a while. He should have added that magnesium doesn't store itself in a body but needs to be consumed everday

  • Thankyou very much x That's been very helpful, I started to eat alot more of this stuff hope it works! Thanks alot again :Dx

  • you are truly a gift thank you dr.

  • what and how can we change this society i guess the ones who will be living in 2013 will be the ones who are taking charge of their health. you are truly a gift

  • thats not true accually people that are constipated use magnesium to help them use the restroom because it strengthens muscles in the bowl movement and it also is a muscle relaxer!

  • Magnesium has been amazing for the folks I help, I never cease to be amazed. There are more effective ways to build it up in the body outside of oral supplements, but you can combine the techniques. It is always the first supp I suggest people experiment with, the benefits are long and almost always noticeable. LOVE magnesium. Great vid!

  • @facelessfatloss

I just found magnesium oil and so far so good

  • @facelessfatloss

what are the effective ways to built it up in the body outside of oral supplements? =]

  • @runtubefantasy I use the topical version, you can find it on my "Magnesium Man" video. :)

  • Magnesium is all you need. It helps with so many problems in your body that I cannot list them all here, they include; stress, insomnia, muscle, bone problems, irritability, nervousness, body odor, body toxins, depression, and even speech and heart disease. Remove all expensive pills from your home and limit yourself to magnesium for several months, only then you'll come to understand its full potential. Unfortunately, doctors are either caught up in big pharma hype and/or don't know about mg.

  • @ogaal83 excellent post!...i was so close to taking klonopin and celexa for my heart palps, tremor, panic attacks..ect etc...man im currently experiencing just about EVERYTHING associated with lack of magnesium..a few days of magnesium chloride oil..my ocd has slowed down...stuttering improved...migrains gone ect ect... magnesium is very good stuff people

  • @piffblower69 SO happy for you. I've done the same and I am a new person. Try taking magnesium citrate. It is very bio-available - menaning the body absorbs it and uses it very very easily. :-)

  • @MixingLaboratory : That's the one I take, in powder form in a gel-cap for quick absorption.

  • heart palpitations, tremor, panic attack, fasciculations, reflux... i'm currently feeling those.. :(

  • @Patricius88 try taking 1/4 teaspoon of epsom salt in about 4 ounces of water a day. you will see. its almost like a miracle! Its helped me so much. let me know if it works for you.

  • @obxguy1 ill try it.. thanks for the tip. :)

  • my god i have been calling all the foods he listed high in mG++ my comfort foods with out knowing the reason. thanks it all makes since. i he laughes his ass of at other doctors.

  • most abso0rbable magnesium is angstrom magnesium- A real moving mineral. 99.9% absorbed by the body

  • I've been taking manessium fo two week now and I was able to get off my blood pressure medication it true what this doctor is saying!

  • It works!! I have been taking Paxil for two years and started taking Magnesium, the "Spring Valley" brand that Wal-Mart sell and it's been working great. I feel so good. I even feel weird feeling this good. Its amazing, I still cant believe it.
