As far as I know:

- The pivot foot is established when the last dribble is taken. So if you step simultaneously with your last dribble, THAT STEP is your pivot foot.

- You get two more steps after the pivot step. Neither of those steps can be used as your pivot foot.

- A jump stop counts as one step. If it's done on an off-the-dribble move, it cannot be used as a pivot foot because it usually comes after the pivot step.

So Big Al technically traveled here, but I love the move anyway.

Jefferson is undersized for a Center mind you but he's one of the top skilled players of the NBA and one of the few skilled big men around the league. You tell me anyone else in the league besides him who has that much moves to get into the inside for a score.

@newagepun sorry I like raw physical more than skill when it comes to big men, i mean alot of big name big men are considered skilled, like Nowitziki, Duncan, Gasol, etc. but I don't like them, I miss the days when Shaq was dominant, if shaq was in that clip he would simply walk up to the rim and jam it in like its no one else's business.

@nomooon Shaq was only dominant because to be honest, he was one of a kind. I liked pre-back injury barkley as well. Same with Larry Johnson and Charles Barkley before back injuries, Karl Malone or even Derrick Coleman if he was motivated. But athletic big men are a dime a dozen, some with bad qualities like short limbs and hard hands. You rarely get someone like Jefferson who combines size and ability to overpower AND outmaneuver those bruisers in the post.
