@Jedhassell1 its so time consuming, i suggest you use crest advanced whitening strips. all you have to do is stick the strips on your teeth once a day for two weeks. i founs that my teeth got 4 shades whiter!!! so worth the money. if you cant find it in the uk, they sell it on ebay and amazon

If I want to whiten my teeth (they are pretty white, anyway) I basically just clean them multiple times each day for about a week, I'm talking around 10 times each day and it seems to work fine. I normally use Blanx or Colgate toothpaste. I wouldn't go for any of these whitening kits simply because I'm pretty weary about the sensitivity issue.

I'm pretty sure that you will be wearing away the enamel on your teeth by brushing that much in a day.

Actually, the biggest problem with cleaning my teeth is my gag reflex, I struggle getting the back ones done as I'm just about puking, it's really annoying.

Laser whitening is instant. It will leave your teeth very dry though and it's relatively expensive to a home kit. Nothing is permanent though. You will need to whiten on a regular basis whatever your method

i used this stuff and it worked for me you didnt form your guards properly they should be snug so that the gel dosnt come out all over your lips and gums and i had no side affects , prep and instructions 99% of the job

Pearl drops is bad for teeth. It erodes the enamel.

I too have a dead tooth and had it drilled into and bleached on the inside. That was years ago and its turned much darker now. I think the next stage will be getting it capped. Ever thought about getting yours done? Prices aren't very attractive, around £150-200 I believe at the dreaded dentist.
