Al started to insult the audience, maybe because he thought they weren't enthusiastic enough. They replied with a "you suck" chorus, which is only fair after he started it.
The music they played was excellent (nothing like the mess your poor micro recorded), but they left out all old tracks. Afaik they only played the last three albums. I never even cared for the recent shit, I wanted the land of rape and honey.
I've seen vids and heard talk of other concerts of this tour, and old stuff is far from standard.
My friends stated, that Al wasn't annoyed about the beer at all. Like he'd enjoy some beer throwing, if people would have started to dance. So they (unlike me having been to other Ministry concerts before) claimed he was pissed about the low level of reaction.
And for the beer: If you put up fences on stage and sell beer in mugs without pledge, throwing is basically enforced by the organizers.
I've seen hundreds of shows... Ministry was the best live band I have ever seen- when they were on top of their game, they were untouchable....

So sad that it was such a bad mood there.

And so did all of my friends, so yes, we WERE disappointed in a way. I still danced a lot.
Al left the stage early, one of my friends left even before that.

Al left the stage early 'cause some fuckheads started throwing beer at the stage...
Normally they'd have played the old stuff in the second half of the set
