  • I love this bun :-) And the soundtrack to this video is lovely by the way. Thank you!

  • That's awesome, love that you have it both in English and German, not just for ppl that can only speak one of them, but I could check again while I was doing it to make sure I was doing it right. It's so much more comfortable than normal buns I do with hairsticks too.

Also love your hair! Mine isn't quite as well behaved as that ;)

  • This makes me want a neck piercing too ^^

Thanks for an informative video, not sure my hair is long enough for this, I'm still at bsl.

  • Woow, so tolle Haare *_*

Meine Guete... .>_<

  • omg ur a genius!! ps. how much did the peircing hurt?

  • @thepinkemo11 not much at all really :)

  • is that a nape piercing? it looks very good :)

  • @theonlyblueSKYE thank you, yes that is a nape piercing with a Anatometal surface bar and flat gems, you can see it better in my chinese twist video :)

  • @theonlyblueSKYE Yes it is :)

  • Deine Haare sind sehr schön

  • schöone haare!

  • Respekt.

  • thank you danke

  • Mein Gott woman, you hair is beautiful!

  • How long does it have to be?

  • @AngelaCheerOfGaia It depends a little on your thickness, with thinner hair it can be done earlier than very long. For me hair needs to be about tailbone length.

  • @DieSushiBitch I have this hair up to the , you know where your back deeps into then comes back out? thats where it ends

  • @AngelaCheerOfGaia I think you mean the waist (slimmest section of torso), it might work, have you tried it out?

  • Can you do this in slow motion? The actual looping goes so quickly that I can't follow it. Its a lovely bun and I would love to add it to my bun repertoire.

  • Well its hard to make a new video, but try to follow "Keltischer Knoten" by Kupferzopf, she makes great instructions.

  • I really like your vid and you hair, but sadly my hair isn't long enough for that.

I have waist long hair, but if I twist it, it's getting so short...

  • Yeah for this one hair needs to be around butt length. But there is a similar bun that might work for waist length depending on how thick your hair is. I can try and post it.

You could still do that bun with a half up though, just take the top layer..make the bun and leave the rest down.

  • Thank you, i will try the other bun.

  • Hello!

    wonderful long Hair !

Can you wash it for us ?

    best wishes to you

  • This way looked somewhat different then other Celtic knot tutorials I have seen. This is a good thing so I can try it another way! It is the same basic principle forming the knot, just another way to do it. Thanks for this tutorial! I noticed the music fade in and out. I don't know why it does that, but really didn't bother me. The music is pretty, it goes great with your tutorials.

  • Oh really? ^^ I was not aware of making it any different. It is really difficult finding music that goes with the vids, but Loreena McKennitt never disappoints me ;)

  • You are doing the knot the same way, it is just the part after the knot where you leave the loop. I think it was cinnamon hair's video where she pins the loop another way after making the knot. I'll have to watch it again.

  • Haha, I think I am the one who has been doing it differently. I just watched the video again, and I << am the one who has been turning the bun after the knot and pinning it another way. I will have to practice this some more. :-)

  • lol..as long as the result is the same ;)

  • I don't know what Picasa does to my music to fade it in and out :( *hate*
