I posted this somewhere else earlier but what makes you people think that Emily replaced Duck. Why do you guys think that Duck should be in the Steam Team. Emily isn't bad. She was great in Season 7. Don't blame Emily for Duck not appearing. Blame (s)HiT. Give Her a Chance. The only reason why you guys want Duck to be in the Steam Team so badly is that he's number 8. Sure Duck was awesome in Seasons 1-4, but his fall started two seasons before Emily was even thought of.

@crazyracer12 The same thing happened in Thomas and Skarloey's Day Off. After the coupling has to be connected again, the driver appears out of nowhere to do it. Are the crew only available when they're needed?

Similar in Don't Be Silly Billy and Thomas and the Rainbow. Billy gets a coal fillup and they show a guy putting coal inside his firebox in the cab shot and Thomas' Driver is mentioned not being able to call for help after the accident. Where are they?

i know how they made trevor jolt forward when he was trying to move the log. He has a chain attatched to his bunker and every time he moves forward the chain moves and tightens when he moves forward again

I like Emily, but I prefure her season 7 personality, when she was kind. What I don't like about her nowadays is in episodes when she is rude, and and learns at the episode to be polite. And then she is rude again.

They should have called it Emily Learns A Lesson like James Learns A Lesson because she learns that being kind and nice is better than being a big bossy boiler. The writers really have to think about the titles they give to these episodes.
