Funny, haha I always play the bio engineer and I spec for speed and crit. I am faster than my friends Berserker and do tons of damage. Plus, I can play the whole story without dying. Ya bio engineer is not worthless lol

This game has so much potential if it were not for its founders' disbelief in social gaming. I think Silicon Knights (Or whoever's investing in their projects) needs to do some research on what type of gameplay this generation of gamers are looking for. Other than that, they have an amazing team of artists.
I feel like when I played games when I was younger I didn't care about them being perfect. Over the past couple years I started watching reviews rather than making judgments for myself, and because of this I have missed out on many games I would have loved to play. I know that the games I loved when I was younger were not perfect, and it was those quirks in gameplay that ultimately made them fun. While I do think reviews are great, I think its time for me to start taking risks again.

For instance death does have consequence, your armor and weapon durability is reduced making you have to return to repair or buy new altogether. This game was thrown together after the Unreal game engine they were suppose to use was canceled.

All games have a different style and Too Human's analog attack is unique but not unheard of there are other games with this type of style. If you don't like the game then go play something your good at, which is probably only one type of game.

There are I agree games that can aptly make use of a right analogue stick as something other than a camera such as say the 1 on 1 fighters (obviously) and even Zelda. But I can’ stand it when a game developers ignore camera control. Unless you have a very apt camera system that wont get in the way of combat or exploration the player needs the versatility of a dynamic camera at their own disposal. You can’ disagree on that!?
That's understandable i suppose, most people can't seem to adjust to the different camera angles of a game, while Too Human's camera style can't be moved by the player, at least it moves. In some other games that i have played, such as the first Resident Evil game, the camera angles were shit. I played it, got used to it and then got really good at it, but i do agree with ya that having the camera movable would be nice. I hope if they're making a second and third they'll do it.
The fact Epic decided to be faggots and not hold up to their part of the bargain for this game's engine. Epic is one of the worst gaming companies of all time. Right there next to activision, IMO.
This game really isn't that bad. Yes, it has it's small problems but so does every other game. Most of what people say bad about this game is really just their own fail. I recommend at least renting it.

The spider dark elf, swarm of dark elfs * because of 3 hit knockdown combo* and the enemys that set you on fire, freeze you, or poison you give me problems.
Alright. I'm debating on whether or not to try this game out. Judging from most of the comments people think it's shitty, but it seems most of it is just QQ. The game looks cool and I look loot. A lot. It seems like a more vamped up, single player, version of WoW.
Also, is it 2 player only? Because I don't want to pay $100+ for xbox live.

I got the game on friday and I've already put in 10 hours on 2 different characters. I'm having alot of fun but I cant say I reccommend it without XBOX Live. I wouldnt personally have a reason to keep playing through the game / leveling up my character if I wasnt playing online. Itsm uch more fune with a coop partner. There is no local coop.

All games have a different style and Too Human's analog attack is unique but not unheard of there are other games with this type of style. If you don't like the game then go play something your good at, which is probably only one type of game.

There are I agree games that can aptly make use of a right analogue stick as something other than a camera such as say the 1 on 1 fighters (obviously) and even Zelda. But I can’ stand it when a game developers ignore camera control. Unless you have a very apt camera system that wont get in the way of combat or exploration the player needs the versatility of a dynamic camera at their own disposal. You can’ disagree on that!?

That's understandable i suppose, most people can't seem to adjust to the different camera angles of a game, while Too Human's camera style can't be moved by the player, at least it moves. In some other games that i have played, such as the first Resident Evil game, the camera angles were shit. I played it, got used to it and then got really good at it, but i do agree with ya that having the camera movable would be nice. I hope if they're making a second and third they'll do it.

The fact Epic decided to be faggots and not hold up to their part of the bargain for this game's engine. Epic is one of the worst gaming companies of all time. Right there next to activision, IMO.

This game really isn't that bad. Yes, it has it's small problems but so does every other game. Most of what people say bad about this game is really just their own fail. I recommend at least renting it.
The only way to know whether or not you will like this game is to play it yourself.

@Jessannah Not a bad game. Id say average game. the story is pretty cool. The combat system is ackward but isnt that bad and it takes getting use to. another issue is that you never actually die. You just get ressurected by a 30 second long cinematic where a angel comes to your aid. Its cool for the first couple of times but it gets old and annoying. but beyond that the game isnt bad. Since its now cheap you will get your money worth

Sure, there may be a few things about it I might enjoy (if I'm lucky), but I'm pretty sure there are plenty of other games that are more worthwhile.

level 50 champion. about 24 hours i can just about 1 shot normal enemys ex dark elfs.
The spider dark elf, swarm of dark elfs * because of 3 hit knockdown combo* and the enemys that set you on fire, freeze you, or poison you give me problems.

Alright. I'm debating on whether or not to try this game out. Judging from most of the comments people think it's shitty, but it seems most of it is just QQ. The game looks cool and I look loot. A lot. It seems like a more vamped up, single player, version of WoW.
Also, is it 2 player only? Because I don't want to pay $100+ for xbox live.
One more thing, if I do play 2 player, can I play with my friend on the same console?
So, all QQ aside, is this game even worth trying?

@Jessannah - I just got this game 2 days ago. You will like the game if you enjoy collecting loot + deep character / class and weapon customization. I got the game on friday and I've already put in 10 hours on 2 different characters. I'm having alot of fun but I cant say I reccommend it without XBOX Live. I wouldnt personally have a reason to keep playing through the game / leveling up my character if I wasnt playing online. Itsm uch more fune with a coop partner. There is no local coop.

@Jessannah No its not, its fucking horrible, seriously, it has the Devil May Cry problem where all the cool stuff happens in the cutscenes and its just a all around suckfest. You know how he mentioned the Valkyrie reviving you? That happens every time you die, you can't skip it, and the combat is so horridly schizophrenic that you wanna throw the controller down untill the game makes its mind up. Skip it.

@bobombthekoopa Devil May Cry is a great game, my only complaint is that the coolest fight scenes happen in the cutscenes, and I did rage quit on Too Human because it was fucking awful. I returned it and got my money back, the game was a piece of shit and is a insult to Dante just to mention it in the same sentence.

@bobombthekoopa It is bad TO ME I hated the game, i thought the character was boring as hell, the attempt at adapting Norse Mythology insulting, and the story lacking any originality. But again its my opinion, your getting all bent out of shape because I told somebody who was wondering if he should buy the game my take on it, I hated the fucking game. I thought it was awful and this is not a difficulty thing. The game was fucking easy.
