Yes! We got the same garbage here on 10m in USA coming mostly from Mexico. We hear music, nosie toyz, singing, beeper signals all along with that garbage when trying to work CW. Its all this garbage they use too the so-called 10 meter radios that are used all up and down 27 and 28 Mhz and including the 10 12 m dual banders being sold by Ranger Radios. These Galaxy, Stryker, Magnums, Mirage, Voyager, Alpha Max, et cetera is going to be really bad with X-Forces, Davemades, etc. with sunspots up.

yes some base stations in FM with super linears,from the east europe , all outside the band , and arrive 5-9+20 Db in north italy, on the channel 25 of normal cb exist a relay on 27 mhz in fm from Macedonia, the relays on hf it's ouside the law .

Some times it's impossible speak on the channels because arrive this stations, on 28 mhz it's outside the law, but where is the controls of police?
