People never wanted that in the first place, we were all forced to accept that plan! People wanted the Twin Towers to be rebuilt much safer and stronger than the Original! Ken Gardner's plan was legit and mostly 9/11 families voted for his design!

I see them as up there with such iconic structures as the houses of parlament in London and the eiffel tower, that shot of them looming large behind the brooklyn bridge has always been for me the definitive image of NY

The hijackings were the result of the Iraq war. One plane crashed in a field another crashed into the pentagon and the other two crashed into the twin towers destroying them. After the attacks conspiracy theorists blamed the USA government saying they demolished the twin towers so the USA could go to war in Iraq.

those two people on top of the roof of one of the towers look tiny - when I see videos like this which show just how big the twin towers were I then begin to realise the full scale of the 911 attacks especially when both the towers collapsed its a miracle more people did not die that day because the twin towers were huge - the 911 disaster must go down in history as being on of the worst ever to occur
