Actually, it is a parrot. I've never even heard of a "bugie". Perhaps you mean "budgie"? I have owned budgerigars (small Australian PARROTS) that talked up a storm, so obviously you don't know anything about training. Perhaps it is because you obviously cannot speak English. i had a bird that looked just like this his name was henry..he could say kitty kitty kitty and pretty bird..and few other words like this bird...hes gone to bird heaven now we raised him from an egg and he died at 11 years old..rip henry
