@benandjohnnyfans you can totally have them in all day. i wear mine everyday, from when i go out to when i go to bed. they're not really irritating unless you really like running your fingers through your hair or something. if you put them in right they stay in really firmly. you can usually buy them in 14, 18, 20, or 24 inch lengths, but you can always trim and layer them too.

I am going to be buying a 72inch wide (20 inches long) weft of remy human hair extensions, and will have to cut and put the clips on myself. The thing is, I have quite thick hair so I think I will have to double up each weft, but I am worried it will make the 'track' area too bulky/thick and show from under my hair which will look horrible.
