I am living in the Philippines and since a couple of weeks we are researching the commercial production of Moringa. Our initial findings are, it is very difficould to produce a top quality. The main problem is to dry the leaves in the proper way: No sunlight, no dirt and within a very short time after harvest.
As of now we where able to produce samples of the requiered quality since we do have a multi purpose dryer.
