what happens if applications doesnt appear in the device library? ive downloaded the stuff i wanted but theres no applications tab in the device section next to summary :|

Sometimes that happens but you can go ahead and sync( if that doesn't work you can re-download on your ipod using the app store for free)

Nope unless you use a different computer but you can add them on the iPod touch app store too

Yes, you can either use a credit card or an iTunes card, but if it says you do not meet the minimum age that means you are not old enough in their standards to have an account and can have it in an older persons name or change your birth year

THANK YOU! i just bought the new one and this helped me out alot!! question: if i downloaded an app thru wifi, then sync some thru itunes, will it delete the ones i downloaded thru wifi?

If you sync your iPod, no apps should be deleted since you still bought them.
