This has got to be the most deeply moving song I've heard from Icehouse, and certainly way up there when considering every artist ever, due to the range of sounds exhibited.
Iva has said Bi-Polar Poems won't be getting released: "You know, my feeling on that collection of songs, they go back to a period from 1997–1999. And a lot of them we actually never finished recording, so my instinct at the moment is to not go back and revisit them. I’d be giving them away probably before I’d be going back and coming to grips with those particular songs."
But he did go onto say that new songs could possibly be on the way!!!
@zoohead23690 "my instinct at 'the moment"...this hints to me that Iva probably will complete and release the songs eventually, but perhaps after he has written some other new material. Either way, it all bodes well for us doesn't it ;-) Thanks for sharing those insights.
