  • Jaysus. Interesting snatch technique as well, it's like the one Steve Cotter recommends. To do one snatch on a 40 is good, double snatches on anything above and including a 16 - with GOOD technique - is excellent (particularly if you chuck in double high-pulls) but this is outstanding. Control, technique and strength. Hats off. :)
