I want to make an interactive video that takes you to different sections, with multiple annotations at the same time, in one video. All I think it is some links with an extra bit at the end of the URL that takes you to a different chunk. The extra bit is like #tm0s3 or something like that. Please help.

click my vidoes up in the top right corner of your page with cursor over your name...then click annotations by the video you want to add it to...then press the timer with the circle by it...set the start time and the time it lasts and its done

Yeah, I do, but it's annoying when you first start a video, sit back, and a billion pointless annotations start coming up and you have to go fumbling to turn them off. And I'm seeing more and more videos where I'm having to do that. And again, nine times out of ten, there is no reason for ANY of those annotations. I don't need somebody to post an annotation smack dab in the center of the screen that says, "He's so cute!" Duh. I know he's cute.

No, it's a little more than just one click, dimwit. Especially if, like me, you pause beforehand so you don't miss any of the video. Now, a lot of videos are being made with absolutely pointless annotations all over them. So if you have to constantly keep doing this every time you're on YouTube, it's a definite pain in the ass, inconvenient and a time-waster, disrupts the viewing experience and laziness has nothing to do with it. It's a valid complaint.

Make the annotation, then you know the annotation editor that pops up? The one where it lets you change the colour of the annotation etc? Theres a picture of a chain that lets you add a link to the video.

If you mean what I think you're saying. You can shut off annotations by clicking the little arrow below right of the player, then switch off annotations by clicking the little page thing.

I enjoy that we can now create a link in our comments so viewers can jump to a specific spot on the video timeline. Simply typing the time 0:39 anyone can immediately go to the "whoaaa yellow kewlness" part of your video by merely clicking on the 0:39 .
