It wouldn't surprise me, his brother hasn't been prosecuted for trafficking. Karzai is a good president but the problem is do you eradicate 90% of the entire income that is a black market and make the people suffer and what are the alternatives to change the course of their poverty? It's not an easy issue, especially with tribal provinces that do not recognize a federal authority.
