Jet Gokart runs 200 mph

Rather than brutishly allowing the jet to provide thrust off the delicate air, do consider to attach the turbine to a gear box that will run the wheels which will make it run much speedier.

Useful for when the constabulary is in pursuit of your new contraption.

It all ready has a power turbine hooked to a 22 to 1 transmission then a chain and sprockets at 2 to 1 and a live axle that turns the tires,

I find that 200 mph hard to believe... Especially since it's at full throttle just sitting still...

@JugglingUnicycler In this video the gas producing turbine's P1 is at 4 PSI (40 PSI at 100%) this is just barely at idle speed (60%) and the power turbine is at rest (00%). Where do you get full throttle from???. or is it you have no idea what your talking about.

I finally drove it Monday and its an Animal, A little slow for the first 20 feet then it accelerates 1000cc motorcycle.had the camera mounted to the kart its unwatchable,

making a good one this weekend.

im looking for something cute to say here? like 200 MPH is = to -0- MPH thats on the short bus, now on a gokart thats another mater, 200 MPH = to -1- MPH if your pushing it, takes balls to push a go kart with a live axel, have you ever tryed it? ok im done...!

@1nsanejochem The sparks are from the new hand built thrust diverter valve added to the power turbine bypass housing, After welding & grinding stainless steel the little bits that are left inside come out as sparks, It you had ever built something like this you would know that Mr Wanker..
