It's an alright film, bit slow, it could have been better, it could have been worse, but it just doesn't compare to the book. There was a lot of humour in the book that just didn't get brought out enough in the film, and you get to know their characters a lot better in the book. I know a film can't ever surpass a book, but although I enjoyed the film when I watched it, it seemed a bit disappointing after I'd read the book, since the book, on the most part, was great, and the film wasn't.
