why is there no sound on this? can you tell me what is going on? I am interested but can't understand it!

There is no sound because it was recorded using a digital camera. The people in the video are participating in a "mailart" session as part of the 2007 World Community Arts Day. They decorated envelopes which they then sent to themselves (I hope!). They are all Special Needs pupils at the local college.
