the thing about the 30 contact points is that you only use what you comfortably want to use.
It's wired for a consistent and fast response time.
and the only issues I've experienced with it is my inability to remember where i mapped keys to right after i set them. and the way the thumb-tip pad is sewn together makes it not sit flesh with my thumb, kinda like using a thumb nail to type on a blackberry. Not hard to overcome, but could have been made better.
Yeah, I have a hard time swallowing this glove for anything other than click-to-move games.. that's why the only gameplay vids you can find are for DotA. You want to have more hotkey access, you should watch a program called Voice Attack. Think about how nice it would be for you to simply call out your spells by name to cast them. I'm currently using this program for my DDO and STO needs.
the glove is failure minus its ability to hold back on all of the carpo tunnel issues its threshold for advanced gamers isnt near the capacity of a keyboard
think this is the FUTURE of advanced gaming! though this particular item will fail HARD. There is no way you can use this effectively compared to a keyboard in in games because it is no good substitute for the wasd keys. imagine yourself in wow in arena, hold down one finger on palm for either forward or back, now, while doing this, try and see how easy it is to do the different combinations of spells you use.. im getting CRAMPS!
@guardcorp Kind'a limits what you can do with it and I have to think you can type faster that you can recall and act out gestures, that certainly was the case with my old power glove.
For something like this to to work it has to offer something you can't already do or do better, especially if it's with something you already own.
This thing should have been wireless and doubled as a mouse pointer or better yet a 3D mouse pointer, activated by a gesture, like say your pinky touching your palm.
Looks like the biggest pile of shit ever made, what a waste of resources lol.

Why isn't this wireless?

Because cables have a faster response time by law. You don't even notice the cable is there anyway.

Pretty cool, but... 30 contact points? That sounds way too complicated for me.
