  • What's with your taillights? Why do you have orange turn signals? Originally they're red, are'nt they?

  • @chickcheckah Yes, they are all originally red, but any cars registered in Australia after 1973 (when Australian Design Rules were introduced) are not supposed to have red turn signals. The tail lights have to be hacked apart and the red lens replaced with orange :-/

I HATE the orange turn signals, they totally stuff up the beautiful look of these early 3rd Gens ... since this video was done, I have replaced those with all red lenses and it looks SOOOOO much better.

  • You should have put turbo whistle's on the mufflers lol....sarcasm

  • Cool licence plate !

  • @cliffthelightning I have another number plate now, I can't use that plate as it was for another state in Oz that I bought the car from. I do still have it if anyone is interested in putting on their Qld car ;-)

  • yeah your lucky. did u do the exhaust work ur self?

  • This setup was already on the car when I bought it.

I had to remove it unfortunately, authorities said it was too loud and wouldn't give me registration unless it was softer. Dammit. :-(

  • maby rad. fluid

  • Nope, doesn't leak coolant either ;-)

This only appears in winter and only when the engine is cold. After about 5 minutes, the engine warms up, the vapours are no longer visible.

No vapours are visible in summer weather.

  • true =] shes a beaut

  • looks like white smoke.. head gaskets?

  • Nope, not a chance. She doesn't burn a drop of oil :-) Notice how the vapour disappears, if it was smoke, it wouldn't do that.

This was a COLD winter's morning, I had just taken the Trans Am out of the garage and just started the engine.
