They have more warm brown complexions (except one of her brothers who is her complexion)............................................ either way, though honestly I doesn't matter of her race. It's not much of a factor.

@blackdurga87 I really hate to say this because I'm black too but I will. She doesn't look 100% black because in the 80s, all the black girls were all fine as all hell. Janet, Pebbles, Karyn White, Whitney, etc etc etc. Nowadays, it's really difficult to find a shapely black woman that's kept herself in shape and is down to earth. They're all mostly out of shape and prudish :\

yes, she discovered them and brought them to laface! i believe she managed for a while as well, then they got too big and there was a huge dispute! tlc and pebbles parted BADLY! i miss TLC- they were the best super r&b girl group! pebbles was awesome as well!
