I was at Pittodrie that day as a wee loonie. There were people on the roof of the Paddock...if I remember correctly someone tied himself to a flagpole on the roof with his belt.

'We Are the Champions' was played over the Tannoy about 79 times.

Great video, this was when Grampian TV still made their own programmes. It's a shame, if the Dons ever did win the SPL again, it would be very unlikely such a programme would be made, given it has now been taken over by the west coast STV.
