Okay, from battle evidence the multipliers I can pick out are:

(HP) HP 100%, (EX) Ex Mode, (OPN) Break, (OPN) Near Loss, (SMN) Summon Unused. The rest are debatable.

i use exdeath for powerleveling /w old chaos shrine omega and deathgaze ... and i have the gilgamesh card.. I still cant get it.. i only get accessories from the ghosts

it helps to have high luck and also be at 100% lucky status

I've found an easier way to get the Genji gear, including the sword. Fight the Gilgamesh Ghost Card, he has all of it equipped every time you fight him, but he has an extremely tight grip, he still hasn't dropped it for me...

So, does the multiplier help with getting Genji? or is it just a drop if EXDeath is wearing it?

yeah true, i thought multipliers only applied to basic accessories, not special accessories of which you have only equipped. (rabbits foot etc are all special, multipliers have no effect)

This is a quick battle. You set ex death to cautious and his strength ti max while making his lv auto. Use a lv 100 character to fight the CPU

What mode is this in? Can you add in like quickbattle/story and if its quickbattle what settings etc.
