This is good. Also did you know that running nose, mostly is caused by picking your nose with fingers ( specially dirty fingers) ? Yesterday I stopped picking my nose, after about 5 hours or so, my running nose was dry and good...of course you should find a way to remove boogers from your nose, google it to find...this video is also a nice way to do that

Um, ouch that looks uncomfortable. I wouldn't use an older teapot though.. Gritty limescale can't be a good thing for your sinuses. Make sure it's properly cleaned with something like polydent or a vinegar and bakingsoda mixture.

After you take the "NETI" pot out just blow gently out of both nostrils without holding any tissue to them while staying relaxed and not tensing up your nose muscles. lol.. It really helps to get even more out because you aren't holding one side and blowing. After a while it started burning when I did it. I think it may be my well water, I don't know.. or the Zinc drops i added to the water or too much neti salt. hmmm would you like fries with that?

If you really want to do this right, get a ceramic Neti pot. They're inexpensive, and safe (and much less messy)
