it won't blow up! once it is running the plug glows by itself, not the battery

It doesn't glow by itself. The only thing the plug does is start the piston to cycle and compression takes care of the rest.

all three of us are talking about the same thing, i meant that it glows with out the batery when it runs as you (binary) said cause the heat of comp. is enough to keep it glowing and ignite the air fuel mixture.its important to note that the fuel/air does NOT self ignite like a deisel by comp temperature alone, but thru comp the glow plug element is heated to the point of igniting the mixture. if this was not the case, the different heat ranges of plug would have no effect on engine performance

Its a booster, shouldnt blow the plug, maybe a glow clip connected directly to a 12 volt battery will blow the plug

Its just a modelstand to let the wheels spin freely.

What you mean is a starterbox which starts the engin about a rubberwheel which turns and is pressed against the engineflywheel.

no u dont have to pull the pull start, ur press the car down and the wheel will spin the thing under the car, i cant remeber what its called. I dont think thats a starter box either its just a stand

he is wearing the glove to stop getting blisters from the pull start. I got loads of blisters at first but found that if i leave the glow heater on for a little bit longer it starts alot easier.

you can get these at loads of places but easy to find them on ebay or google, just type kyosho fazer and see what comes up. cost for mine was £129 which is about $220. hope this helps!
