@2bpilot Now with an outstanding number of PEOPLE using this drug but minorities are primarily arrested for this, it calls a lot of law enforcement tactics into question. I live in a predominately black quite neighborhood loaded with middle class working families. Cops patrol these streets 24/7. The same police presents isn't witness in predominately white neighborhoods in this area (Atlanta). Police profiling has created a situation in which minorities get caught using 10x more than whites.

Surveys in the GA University system done by public health students at GSU, Clark, and Morehouse show that a greater percentage of white college students use this drug.

Marijuana effects everyone differently, I have never needed a cashier to count my money for me, no matter how stoned I was; i mean are you serious?
